I have investigated what may have caused the problem and can se that we have received the wrong articel number from our supplier when we asked for the product that you wanted to order. Since it was a special order, we also have a longer delivery time, I'm sorry if you never got that information. I had asked and paid for my delivery to…

I had asked and paid for my delivery to be made to my home address in Hornbaek so was surprised to find that I had to travel 20 minutes by car to Gilleleje to pick up my parcel! There are plenty of pickup places in Hornbaek! I tried to contact you via your chat service but received no response.
I enjoyed your product but would not buy from you again unless I was assured of delivery to my home address.

Jag förstår om du är frustrerad över att du inte kunde hämta ut ditt paket i Hurnbaek. Vi har nu kontaktat Bring och de bekräftar att de har gjort fel. Det ska gå alldeles utmärkt att beställa till packbox i Hornbaek men av någon anledning så har Bring i detta fallet skickat till närmsta packesop istället vilket är i Gillileije.
Jag ska personligen kontakta våra speditörer och se till att pakettet kommer till Hurnbaek om vi någon gång får chans att göra en ny leverans till dig:) Maila mig i sådana fall på emil@qvesarum.se
