I deposited $27 via local bank transfer on 12.05.2026. The platform confirmed the payment was received on the recipient side, but my trading balance is still not credited. Support told me to "wait patiently," which is a blatant stall tactic. My internal ticket is Case ID: #118918175. The funds were collected by their merchant SAYDIGITAL SAYDIGITAL via Globus Bank (Account: 9231898586). If my funds are not credited within 24 hours, I am submitting my fully drafted fraud complaint and transfer receipts directly to the Globus Bank Fraud Desk and the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Consumer Protection Department to freeze this collection channel. Quotex, credit my account immediately.

I have deposited in quotex through UPI but my fund has not been added in my trading account even after more than 35 days. Although I have send all my payment screenshots, bank statements and payment proofs. Till now they were telling me to just wait they will solve this problem. I requested a withdrawal (ID: 40740419148) on 24 April 2026.

More than 120+ hours have passed, and now I am told the payment is under tracing with no clear timeframe.

I have not received my funds or any proper response.

I request immediate resolution or return of my funds.

You can identify a scam platform through their customer support behavior. Usually, you encounter robotic, repetitive, and unprofessional responses that lack any human touch.

These platforms make claims without evidence and lie about withdrawals. For instance, they might claim, 'We have sent the funds to your wallet,' yet you receive nothing. When you ask for a transaction hash or visual proof, they simply ignore you.

On the other hand, they demand every possible proof from your side—even irrelevant ones when you make deposits. They often show a complete lack of knowledge regarding how payment systems actually work. Even after providing them with all the successful transaction confirmations, they coldly deny receiving any funds.

Ultimately, you are dealing with a platform that lies about both deposits and withdrawals; they demand logical and illogical proof from you but refuse to provide any proof in return.

To complete this 'worst package,' they continue to close the chat quickly without giving any chance to reply. Ironically, they label it as 'Question is solved,' which is very far from the reality.

I strongly advise anyone considering Quotex to think twice before depositing funds.

My experience has been extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the platform’s transparency and fairness.

I deposited $500 and received a $300 bonus. After trading independently and in good faith, I was able to grow my balance to approximately $1900. My account was fully verified before I submitted a withdrawal request of $1600.

At this point, things took an unexpected turn.

The withdrawal request remained pending and was then suddenly canceled without any clear explanation. Shortly after, my account balance was reduced, and my account was permanently blocked.

Later, I attempted another withdrawal from the remaining balance (around $425), but only $13 was processed.

The platform later accused me of “bonus abuse” and “hedging,” yet no evidence has been provided despite multiple requests. If there were genuine violations, why was trading allowed, profits accumulated, and account verification approved?

Blocking users only at the withdrawal stage creates the impression that profits are not meant to be paid out.

Even more concerning is the complete lack of response from their support team despite repeated follow-ups over several days.

I am now pursuing this matter through formal dispute channels and will continue to escalate it publicly if necessary.

If you value transparency and the safety of your funds, you may want to reconsider using this platform.

On a regular client of 1to1 LLC they helped me to make profit with decent trades and lowest brokerage.They teach me ideas in market . But Quotex is a fraud company they simply scammed me by took my initial deposit and profits. My account got frozen .they did not respond to my mails and calls totally disappointed.

This is not acceptable for a financial platform handling real money. Once a payment is completed, users should not have to chase their own funds for days without proper updates.

I understand delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and urgency from support is concerning.

If this issue is resolved promptly, I will update this review. Until then, I advise others to be cautious when depositing funds.
