I am writing this review directly as the owner of the Quotex account (Name: Zohaib). My official refund case is Request #18960855.
Your support team promised to process my real capital refund within a 30-day timeline, which officially ended on June 6th, 2026. My account is still active and my funds are safe inside, but I am completely locked out of my account because the login OTP is being sent to the wrong registered email address which I no longer have access to.
On Wednesday, June 10th, I sent a direct email from my personal contact email address to both the Quotex support and finance departments. In that email, I attached all my official verification documents, including my National ID Card (CNIC front and back), a handwritten verification selfie holding my ID card next to a paper with "QUOTEX" and the date, along with the original Binance deposit receipts.
The finance department is totally ignoring my emails and delaying my payout without any reason. Quotex is a complete scam platform. They accept your deposits happily, but the moment you legally win trades and ask for a withdrawal, they steal your money and ban your account permanently.My registered email on Quotex is I deposited 100 USDT via Binance Pay (Order ID: 434863250460909568) and got a 40 USDT bonus. I placed two 5-minute trades of 70 USDT each in the Live Market. Both trades won legally. After removing the bonus, my real withdrawable profit was 219 USDT.As soon as I requested my withdrawal, they blocked my account. They sent an email saying my account is deleted under Clause 7.12.5 (falsely accusing me of bonus abuse) and they refused to even refund my original 100 USDT deposit under Clause 2.2.4.I sent my ID cards, payment receipts, and a verification selfie holding a paper with "Quotex" written on it. They rejected everything with an automated robotic reply saying: "The decision is terminal... Please do not contact this department anymore."This is total fraud by ON SPOT GROUP LLC (Quotex). Be very careful with this platform. Quotex has permanently closed my trading account without giving a clear reason and is currently holding $110 of my money.

I followed all verification steps and provided the required proof of deposit, but instead of returning my funds, their support department sent a terminal message telling me to stop contacting them. They are completely refusing to let me withdraw my remaining balance.

Unilateral Account Deletion and $738 Funds Withheld After Third-Party Wallet and Bonus Misunderstanding

​I am writing this review to expose an unfair practice by Quotex regarding my account (ID: 87635781

​I have been trading on this platform manually and honestly. For my first transaction, I deposited $187 and successfully withdrew $450. For my second transaction, I deposited $304 and took a 50% deposit bonus. After making a profit through 100% manual trades, my balance reached $738, and I requested a withdrawal.

​However, because my personal Binance account was temporarily inaccessible due to a technical glitch, I used the exact same Binance wallet belonging to my friend for both of these deposits and withdrawals. I was completely unaware that using a third-party wallet out of necessity would violate the platform's terms so severely.

​Instead of asking for clarification, Quotex took a unilateral decision and suddenly suspended and deleted my account without any prior warning during my second withdrawal request. They sent me an email accusing me of "conspiracy" and "bonus abuse" under clauses 7.12.5 and 2.2.4, completely freezing my hard-earned $738 and refusing any refund.

​This was an honest mistake due to ignorance about the third-party wallet policy, not an attempt at fraud, hedging, or conspiracy. I now have full access to my own verified personal Binance account and am completely ready to provide any proof, trade history, or undergo identity verification.

​Deleting a customer's account and withholding $738 without warning or proper investigation is highly unprofessional. I request the Quotex compliance team to review my case with leniency, reinstate my account, and allow me to withdraw my $738 to my personal verified Binance wallet. Qxbroker manipulates trades. I entered a sell option, it went in my favor. The trade chart shows +8, which means $8 was credited into my account. But guess what, nothing was credited. I played another game same day that went in my favor. Instead of them to credit my account, they deducted from my balance. Luckily enough, I took the screenshot. When I reported to the support, they manipulated the close trade to make it look like break-even, but the chart sold them out. I forwarded the evidence to the support. Today is day 3 and have not heard from them.
Just do yourself a favor by avoiding them, they also have bad supports.
