Great customer service, great communication, great experience. The laser treatment was so good and helped my back. I may need to get some more... I have not started the exercises yet but I am looking forward to an overall improvement.

Ryan Johnson is amazing.
From the start of the experience till the end, I was made to feel very comfortable. Ryan showed how very knowledgeable he is.
The feedback given was very positive and exercise program sent to me almost immediately.

Ryan was so professional and very helpful. The appointment went so well; was able to explain causes of my pain in proper details more than what any other physiotherapist had done in the past. I got a good laser treatment and follow up care plan. Overall, this service was excellent.

Absolutely fantastic job by Ryan
Absolutely fantastic job by Ryan. When I came, I didn't think I could move my right pinky finger. It was moving by the end of the session. Ryan also identified the key issues the tendons in my hand which were overlooked by others. He gave me some very helpful exercises.
I was a bit stressed as I'd gone into the wrong place and was very late but he was kind and put me at ease.
Great service. I'll be back.

It felt like a miracle
Customer service was excellent. Ryan is a true professional. He explained everything as he went along. Kept checking with me how I was throughout the treatment. Sent me exercises to do at home before the next treatment. Week one I was using a stick to walk with by week two no stick. Highly recommended. Will definitely use the service again if the need arises. Thank you so much Ryan.

Ryan fixed my back in one 45 min session
During my exercise class j injured my back, I was bending over while lifting not too heavy weights and suddenly I felt this pain in my lower back and I couldn't stand straight. Somehow in agony I managed to get home but the pain was so bad I was struggling to walk or even stand straight. This was going on for 10 days until I went to see Ryan, who immediately identified a facet joint dysfunction, did his magic massage and laser treatment and i walked out of his office like new. Now I'm able to return to my exercises. His knowledge and passion for what he does is extraordinary. I dont need any other physio, chiro or osteopathy, Ryan's knowledge is enough.

Ryan was a very calming person, I was fairly stressed when arrive and despite the fact I was short tampered and irritable, he was very patient with me. The treatment was very good and left me relax and comfortable in my body.
