I ordered an R4 card for my DSi & the order has been "Awaiting shipment" for a week now.
I've sent 5 emails & tried calling their support number & they refuse to reply.
They've stolen $20 from me & I don't expect to get my package or my money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Save yourself the time.

My daughter begged me to order her a card so I order two for her and my other daughter. I did this without checking first(stuipid of me I know) anyway that was four weeks ago. Wrote emails and haven't heard a word back (surprise). I hate dishonest people and company's. Wish I could do something.😬

I really should have researched this website before I ordered from them, but nonetheless, I still ordered from this website. One, I'm almost certain they charged me a few dollars more than the amount said. Two, I ordered my card on February 10th, and I just received my card yesterday on March 16th. Three, I'm pretty sure the card I ordered was not the card I received, but the card still worked so I couldn't really complain. There were stamps on the packaging that said it had went through Ireland, despite the fact it says on their website they ship from the US and Canada. I'm satisfied with the product, but not with this website. Do not order from here if you can help it.

After doing a lot of research I bought a R4i SDHC for My son's DSi XL.

No matter what software I use it with, it comes up as a fake.

Save your money and buy somewhere else.

I don't know if I can call their customer service bad because it's non-existent. I've repeated e-mailed them about my order and they have not gotten back to me.

I placed an order a month ago and it has still not arrived. The order status has not changed. The only mail that I did get from the site was a letter saying that their payment machines were down and it asked me to place the order again giving me a 30% discount. I checked my bank account and the money was definitely taken out already.

Scammers, don't buy.

I purchased 2 R43DS cards from their website and received the package about a week later, however when I opened it up I was surprised with 2 R4 Gold Pro 2013 CLONES (USELESS for my 3DS current update). I contacted customer support for shipping details so I could send them back for a refund and two weeks later still no reply. I just recently contacted them asking again but at this point I am sure it was a useless attempt. I also tried posting a review on their website *BUT* they have to APPROVE the review for it to go up for everyone to see! Guess what. . . my review similar to this one didn't make the cut.

Also a side note worthy of mentioning. They state on their home page "We aim to be different as we do not ship from Asia." This is a flat out lie because the packaging I received had a Chinese stamp slapped on it and my bank statement reads BEIJING, CHINA.

Don't buy from this site.

Ordered card January 15th, 2014. Gave them the benefit of the doubt when I could not login to the site to track my order. Perhaps server was down? No Luck two days later, same thing. Tried to contact them week later via online form. Email was rejected from their server. Tried 4 more times using personal email with no results. It has been 6 weeks and no product, no contact. These people take your money without delivery. I had to dispute my payment via credit card company! Stay AWAY FROM THEM!!! BAD BUSINESS!!

Do not be misled by this ships from the USA - To take several weeks just to mail a package and I never received one email stating why it was delayed. Terrible business - Please shop elsewhere!!!

I have tried multiple sites using Google that have all led me me to one familiar payment screen that is very problematic. R4-usa is experiencing banking problems- under the first site I am not allowed to use a mastercard, the second website charges 3$ more for the same outcome- no mastercard. the third site allows me to submit a "order" but will not allow me purchase anything until I get their "instructional email" telling me hoe to actually give them currency. I understand why this is happening for a company that was torn limb from limb by a bigger company that most likely deserves it. However this is too ridiculous. Paypal stop being a pansy, mastercard help me out. I just need an r4 to use a homebrew animanatee program (by dekutree64) I don't need Nintendo's Gimmicky has-been games.

I ordered r4i-sdhc as my son stupidly updated his dsi to 1.4.3 which made his r4i useless!! So i placed an order late wednesday night, it arrived saturday morning. I was very pleased with the easy setup and free shipping,i highly recommend R4USA.com if you live in USA.
