Poor customer service and lack of accountability
Well, they sent me a broken carrier, took days to respond, requested a bunch of photos etc. (to which is sent) and then ghosted me. What else can I say.
During a very stressful time (mover overseas with a formerly well adjusted bunny that became like a baby all over again) they showed no empathy. Back home, I knew exactly what to get for Cosmo and where to get it. And during a very disorienting time, as I explained to them, they were not helpful at all.
What if my bunny needed to get to the vet, after a pet cargo flight on Lufthansa, things were still up in the air. Still, week and a half later, I have no response, a broken carrier, and will just dispute the charge with my credit card company at this point.
It's a shame; I ordered a bunch of stuff from them, and this is how they treat a new customer?
I am learning to shop local. The pet store I found in Ostrobro was very kind and helpful.
