I found the web site a bit tricky, but all was sorted eventually, Thank you. Ron.
I bought a policy to insure my car5or6 days ago, by mistake, I canceled the policy soon after, but on checking my bank statement you have still taken the payment, can you please help.
I gave the one star revue out of frustration with the web site, It may be because of my lack of computer skills, but as soon as I could speak to a human, everything was sorted out quickly, all is fine now, Thank you.

Awful service
Awful service, just tried to swap my vehicle mid policy and the quote coming back was for a year about £500 more than what I am getting on comparison sites. Thinking I’m going to have to cancel policy accept the cancellation fee and go from there awful and way overinflated price for a vehicle change no contact number to speak to an advisor just chat which is not so easy to discuss over
