Order 2 items one turn up i email them about it and they said they had supplied problem they said i can get a refund or i can wait as it should be back soon .
I left it for 5 months and nothing email them about it no sorry sent a refund but only half of the amount shocking how they can do that .
Wouldn't shop from these again

Ordered a Mclaren Concept top for my wife at the end of August... still no sign of the delivery!

I have then emailed the support twice to chase this order and have been met with nothing but silence.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Scams. They never send the items. Also Kelly from customer services lies through her teeth. Stay well away!!!!!!

My roommate gets this monthly and it is literally a box of cheap crap from China. I could not believe that he was actually giving money to someone to have this mailed to him. It is a bunch of junk that ends up stuffed in a drawer or thrown away. The whole box is probably worth $5-$15 on a good day.

I ordered a AM t-shirt from Race Crate through GPBox. The t-shirt never arrived. It was delivered to a wrong location. I tried to contact them using the GPBox chats.. they never replied. I then found an email for their customer service. They did reply quickly through this email. Although the support is not good enough. They first told me I bought the t-shirt from a different seller.. Then they tried to help, but they went silence.. it has been like this for 10 days now. I am trying to claim back the money through my bank at this point... I would not recommend you to buy from them.. If something goes wrong you will be losing time and money.

Ordered a couple of pairs of F1 socks and without any notice the order has just been cancelled and my money hasn’t been refunded. I’ve had no response from the company so can only assume it’s sadly a scam site. Do not order from this place.

Ordered some fun socks as birthday presents, got the confirmation email that day. But when I check back on my order a week later it says order cancelled! They haven’t informed me or refunded me. Just left me waiting and now I am a birthday present down and I have to chase them for a refund!! Complete scam! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful experience with this company.
Customer service barely responds, phone line is invalid.
Kept saying they were busy to process my return and to be patient.
When they apparently "processed the refund", they lied. No money was ever returned. When I tried following up, they just said they already refunded me.

Liars and scammers. Avoid.

Very poor company to deal with bought a Ferrari ladies t shirt, Santander pulled their sponsorship the same week I received the t shirt they agreed for me to send it back. It was returned on December 17th sent a few emails and heard nothing from them and no refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a jacket but it was unsuitable so we returned the next day. Was signed for delivered 2 Dec 2024. I have contacted by email several times as telephone number is unobtainable! Now mid Jan 2025 and no communication and no refund. This company is SCAMMING hundreds of people check them out in the comments on facebook.

I'd give zero if I could. I purchased two formula 1 items as Christmas presents for my teenage daughter. The cap was £32. I then found it on another site for £14 - a substantial difference that I cannot afford to ignore. I arranged with Racecrate to return the cap at my cost for tracked shipping. It arrived to them on 16th December and despite several emails to enquire on my refund, it took them a month and the threat of reporting them to payment gateways and credit card company for them to return. I suspect they were hoping I'd forget.

Ordered two pairs of socks as a Christmas present.
Order was cancelled without any notice

Failed to put my complete address on the delivery slip, failed to acknowledge the error, which delayed delivery by over a week. Told me to chase it, and refused to apologise for their error. Would not use this service again.

I recently ordered the new Lando Norris hoodie and it came really quickly I also emailed them as I had a question and they got back to me really quick I can’t speak for anyone else but I had a really good experience no issues buying from them again

Avoid! Ordered Red Bull Socks and top never arrived emailed them they said it’s difficult to keep track of all orders told me I’d receive a refund in 3 to 5 business days nothing arrived. Emailed again told it was escalated to a manager and would receive refund in 2 business days no refund broken English emails don’t buy from this company SCAMMERS

i ordered a vettel top and although it was supposed to come in 3 days it did end up coming in 5 but to be honest it wasn’t a problem. no problems with the product itself and when i sent an email about when it would be posted they replied the same day. i didnt look at the reviews until after i bought it and i was worried because of all the negative experiences had. however i was lucky and it came :)

Fab service , contacted company as there was a delay with shipping , responded straight away via email and kept me up to date until the items were delivered , items were great price too

Very very very poor company scammers brought a McLaren hoodie took the money apparently no address on the parcel so unprofessional contact number doesn’t work no refund no explanation don’t even know where the parcel is according to Royal Mail was sent back and no reply to emails avoid at all costs

Took my money and won’t reply to emails or phone line doesn’t work
Will be contacting ombudsman !
