Scam company avoid, ordered a polo shirt, item never come and was cancelled by the company and no refund issued, tried to contact these and no response. Avoid at all costs

Ordered 2 Items & only received 1, after emailing the Co. turned out 1 Item was Out of Stock even though showed in Stock when Ordered. Was offered a Refund & apologises so I thought so far so good..NOT So ! ..after 12 days of waiting & a few emails..No Refund received, so had to open a Case with Paypal who thanks to them sorted my Refund. As reviews here also state Race Crate is part of UKSoccer shop who I also emailed ..but alas NO response from them either !
So even though they offer much Reduced attractive prices on some Items..BEWARE & Buy at your own risk..best to avoid !

I bought a cap on racecrate, and after a few days they cancelled my order without giving me notice, and without refunding me my money. They will not reply to any of my mails, and therefore I have contacted my bank and the police.

No communication since I have asked for a refund for a product I returned, absolute shambles of a company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The lack of good customer service at racecrate is appalling! I’m very disappointed in their promise to deliver purchases good in 3-5 working days. I placed my delivery on the 8 February and yet to this date (26th February) I am yet to received my items, 5 items equating to a total cost of £170.00.

After 10 days I reached out to their customer services and Kelly at their end showed no compasión or sympathy for not having delivered my goods. I’ve had to write a number of times I. Order to get her to finally chase DPD couriers for an answer as to where my goods are. I asked for the good to be sent again as the tracking number for my goods shows that my items have been handed and stuck on passed on to DPD and haven’t progressed to the next stage which is one of 5!!!! I keep asking Kelly for a manager to contact me or to at least have a complaints department email contact but she refuses to give me that information. It has been stressful and time consuming in chasing them and to no avail. I wouldn’t recommend anyone from buying from this company. Stay way clear.

I orderd an f1 tshirt for my daughter the day after I checked the status of my order to say it had been cancelled the money is still pending from my account but I cant report the transaction till the money actually leaves my account, I have emailed the company to see why my order has been cancelled but no reply yet, then I came on here and saw all the bad reviews for Racecrate and I could kick myself I will definitely try and get a refund from my bank as the site looks genuine and I paid in good faith .

I ordered goods on 15th September, nothing arrived, I got in touch via e-mail to enquire about status of order - received two e-mails to say they were looking into this - and nothing!
Thankfully I paid with my credit card,
Wish I had reviewed on trust pilot before ordering!

Ordered a hoodie for my son to wear to my dads funeral. Order cancelled, number cuts off when you try to call. Nice one you scamming a holes!

Scam company. They take payment, cancel the order without telling you, dont offer a refund (thankfully I bought by credit card), and their phone cuts off. Wish I had read the reviews. Avoid.

This company is at best, extremely unprofessional, at worst , a complete con. Order placed 5 weeks ago. No product has arrived and despite numerous emails being sent, have had no response. Coincidentally, shortly after placing the order, received a load of emails (phishing scams), all in poor English and all different, saying a parcel can't be delivered, has wrong address, nobody was in etc etc. Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a topand a cap. Still waiting onit to be delivered. Sent the first email and got a response to say it was in the mail room. Other emails sent and no response all numbers not working. Checked where they are based and the company is not listed on the website for the buisness park. Should have looked at the reviews first.

This is a fake company, it been 4 months and haven’t got my refund, you know they are fake company as they don’t replay to emails or they don’t replay on trust pilot, they have been reported to UK police now, they also have been reported to trading standards!! Avoid this company!!!

I ordered the new Aston Martin polo shirt for the 2023 season and received the order within 48 hours.

If you signup for the newsletter, you will get a 10% discount code which made this the cheapest place I was able to buy this jersey compared to the F1 store and other retailers.

Had never heard of this company until I found them through Google shopping, but happy with my purchase.

Scam company so please avoid.

Purchased a jacket which has not arrived and although they said they have refunded, 3 weeks on no money has arrived. Can't get through on the phone and won't answer emails.

Purchased an expensive pair of socks from this company on the 13th December as a Christmas present with an extortionate £4.50 carriage charge.

It was sent by 24 hour delivery but not until the 23rd December and didn't arrive until nearly the new year due to christmas post.

Ignored my messages about the delivery.

Avoid.

Purchased a Red Bull team jacked for my son from them. Didn't fit so we tried to contact them. Ignored two emails and three phone calls to them. Don't know what to do other than take the hit or sell the jacket on Ebay. Clearly not a serious company and best to avoid.
