Suspension due to "no payment"
Rackly suspended my service due to "failure of payment" even though I had paid them. Upon being provided with my payment they refused to back down and instead doubled down and claimed that my billing price was higher then it was. Then a month later without having contacted me they billed me, I refused to pay since they had already told me that my service was suspended. They have since kept trying to bill me even though my service was already cancelled. Terrible provider. Would never recommend.
