I ordered two Nevas radiators in navy blue and received them a week later. They were well packaged and not damaged. Great price for a bespoke colour. Look stunning now fitted with copper valves. Would use these guys again.

Excellent customer service with next day delivery.

Order due today, got one item, when called wouldn’t deal with on the phone, advised would email up date 2, haven’t done and are now not answering calls. No contact email or complaints policy on website. I feel this is totally unacceptable.

Fast delivery good product.

I have just chased up my order which I made 7 days ago only to be told that the items are not in stock and there is no likelihood of the items coming back into stock and therefore no chance of getting a delivery. I've therefore arranged a refund. Waste of time.

Beware this company will take your money even though they do not have the items in stock. I ordered 2 x radiators and received no receipt for purchase and heard nothing from them. After numerous attempts to phone them I finally managed to speak to someone who advised the items were not in stock with no expected date to take delivery. Requested a refund which was made promptly however I lost 1 week waiting for radiators due to unacceptable business practices.

How long have you got. I’d give this company minus one star if I could. My items ordered for next day delivery have not arrived after a week. I had to call them to find out what was going on. I was promised an email or return call with information. Neither arrived till about 3 days later, after I had called them again. I have emailed and received no reply. I still don’t know when or if my order will be fulfilled.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME AND MONEY TO WASTE
I’ve wasted both.

The radiators I received were of excellent quality and will enhance the look of my new bathroom. The radiators came on time, beautifully packed and in prestine condition. I have no hesitation in using this company again.

Great price for really good looking radiators that will show off any room they are fitted in. Excellent service delivery within 24 hours of order.

Ordered pre-filled radiators with thermostats. Despatched quickly but not pre-filled, no elements supplied, thermostat and valves missing. Outstanding products supplied next day but element appeared pre-used. Very pleasant and helpful phone interaction but poor email communication. One week later, still not resolved so plumber has taken ownership of the problem.

The goods arrived damadged. When I contacted them to exchange the item, they responded to my first email. However, subsequently I have had no response to further emails to arrange the exchange or have been able to contact them via phone. The number continues to immediately ring to a voicemail. No one from this company has gotten back to me.
I am now stuck with this unwanted item. Very poor and extremely disappointing.
Would not rate this company.
