Ordered it on the Monday and it was delivered foc on the Wednesday. Competitive price and good communication

Fantastic service, delivery was around 21 hours after placing order. The radiator was well packed and appears to be well made. Will be installed in January following kitchen refurbish so unable to fully review radiator.

When the radiator arrived the colour was great and looked really good quality and as we'd hoped however unfortunately it was not delivered when it was supposed to.

I had arranged to work from home on the agreed delivery date but I heard nothing from the company during the day. I phoned early afternoon to check where it was to be told it wasn't being delivered until the next day. There was no apology whatsoever and there was no pro-active attempt to contact us to say it wouldn't be delivered when it was supposed to be. I was unable to work from home the next few days too so had to arranged for delivery to the in-laws and for them to stay in. It was all rather inconvenient and should have been avoided.

I just had a little difficulty getting through on the phone at first to arrange an exchange. However once someone did answer, there service was quick and helpful.

I bought a vertical coloured radiator in September. I love the product, the colour match is really good and it looks great. The downside? I didn't unpack it until the plumber arrived to fit it last week. Disappointingly, it had two dents on one side and one on the other. Given how well it was packed, this was surprising and the dents must have been there when it was packed (as there was no damage to the packaging). As I had the plumber here and I did not want the inconvenience of waiting for a replacement, I went ahead and had it fitted. Fortunately it is not too obvious because of its position in the room and the side with two dents faces the wall, so at least only one is visible. It is still a big disappointment though and given that the supplier must have known about the dents when it was packed, this should never have happened.

Still waiting for radiator,,tried to ring company ,but no body answered the phone,please confirm date of delivery

I just found Radiator Design on Google and I wanted a design radiator (Reina). At a good price.
I am happy with the price & products.
I will use it again!!!

Placed a £600 order on 17th October. The only efficient service so far has been the taking of the payment. To date: No invoice, no radiators, no reply to many, many emails and phone calls, only BT voicemail. DO NOT touch this company, something is clearly very badly wrong.....we will be taking legal action very shortly I suspect.

Well lets see now. I paid in full, didn't receive my radiator as per delivery date and received no email invoice. I phoned them and they immediately answered to explain the box was damaged so they would re-pack on Friday for delivery Monday 14th. Its now Tuesday, still no radiator, and not returned any of my calls, voice messages or emails over past 2 days. Keep getting a default BT voice message. Now have to cancel my plumber scheduled in advance for Wednesday. Customer service is clearly not a priority for them. You can manage delays and setbacks, but not when you're completely in the dark. Will update my review after we come to a satisfactory or unsatisfactory conclusion. To be continued..

Nice radiator painted to order and delivered within one week.
not made clear that valves were posted separately and arrived later hence 4 stars not 5.

I rang for advice which was helpful and friendly. Ordered the radiators and they arrived the next day-so quick!

Excellent telephone manner, very good explanation of the product. Delivery promised the next day, and true to their word it was.
The delivery man was polite and very helpful.

All in all excellent from start to finish.

I was told radiator would be delivered next day,did not arrive,when I phoned was told delivered to wrong place still no delivery,then each time I phoned it was always on answerphone.
It turns out the rad was out of stock and they did not inform me of this,poor service and got my payment refunded.

I wanted to speak directly to somebody before placing an order and left several phone messages, plus sending an email--but no-one came back to me
It was only because my daughter had bought radiators from RD a few weeks previously that I felt confident to make the purchase
If this had not been the case, then I would not have placed the order
