Perfect customer service
On my first order, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong antenna for my radio. The follow-up of the customer support was perfect. I got a return number to send the wrong antenna back and ordered the proper one, which has arrived.
All in all, my opinion is that Radiotronics and her customer support desk are a very professional company and would definitely advise everybody who needs electronic parts to go there.👍
