The only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to shipping concerns which you had no control over. Next time try UPS.
We are based in Alaska and being on the receiving end I know which works best for us, and it's not FedEx or USPS. UPS has all other delivery options beat by a mile.

The product I got was the radio holster button clip/straps for a motorola radio. I was unable to find this product and had to buy the complete radio case for our business. This is a real money saver and is a quality product!

Finding RadioTronics saved me $1300.00. I needed 24 new batteries for my radios and the usual supplier gave me a price I thought was too high. Radio Tronics gave me such a better deal. They were great to work with. I hope all the departments will use them in the future.

The only thing we can think of is that you have this mixed up with another purchase for a physical item that did not arrive. However, that cannot be Radiotronics as this free download is the only record we have of you.
