No order sent

I would give 0 if possible. No update on my order that was place in January! I have emailed the seller 3 times over the space of a month and still no response. Avoid this company if you want to spend your money on nothing!

Previous orders have been amazing- now terrible!

Previous orders have been amazing. This time round not so much. Have raised a dispute via shop as no reply via email. One pair of hoops will not close or lock any longer. Just went to put in another pair of hoops and one earring won’t even open! What has happened to the quality? Really disappointed.

Badly made products, ignorant seller

Have purchased from this seller a couple of times, but never again. Horrendous customer service and cheaply made, faulty earrings. It’s a shame as they are lovely designs…but sadly they’re badly made. One earring clasp broke after being worn once, another earring had bits falling off it after wearing a couple of times. The seller completely ignores you, is completely ignorant and despite constantly being on social media will not reply to anything about faulty products.

I have ordered multiple times from this…

I have ordered multiple times from this seller. When it arrives it’s lovely.
I have commented on social media, her personal account, commented on posts and also emailed multiple times.
My latest order never arrived, I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

It’s a shame, but never ordering from there again.

Awful experience/Avoid

Awful experience, placed my order and it hadnt arrived within 2 weeks. I emailed and used social media to contact the sellar but no answer at all, no communication from her. Assumed the items were not being sent and that I was conned. Then 2 months later the items arrived. However the quality was poor and one earring was broken so of no use. I will avoid at all cost and not be ordering again

Having ordered from this website on…

Having ordered from this website on multiple occasions I can confirm that the jewellery itself is lovely. However the customer service is horrific - I emailed 3 times, commented on various instagram posts and sent direct messages and did not receive any communication back. I never received my order and this company has stolen £70 of my money. I am now having to go through a claim back through my bank. Brand is great but if there’s any issue they just ignores you and sadly I won’t be ordering from this website again.

Ignores emails and will not refund

Seller is fine if you don't need to return something. I have followed the returns procedure as described and have had multiple emails ignored. She replies to my instagram comments saying she will respond and then never does (happened twice). At this point i'm convinced a refund is never going to happen. Disappointed as I have been a loyal customer.

Fabulous, beautiful, quality and unique!

I have ordered lots of pieces and I love everything so bought more! Beautiful quality, constantly get compliments about my pear earrings but my favourite is the pearl starfish necklace, it is beautiful! Fantastic quality and fast delivery. Very much recommend Radish and Pear 🍐 and Anna is lovely and so helpful 😊

Absolutely perfect customer service

Absolutely perfect customer service, I’ve bought from the website and through TikTok shop both orders arrived super quick and I am obsessed with both orders.
Beautiful, quirky jewellery packaged with a cute thank you note ♥️
Have recommended so much since discovering this brand!

Have been a loyal customer for around 3 years now, jewellery always more beautiful irl (didn't know it was possible). Love seeing the owner's process of her designs on instagram, makes it more special to know she designs them. Always my go-to jewellery brand

Awful company

Awful company. She only seems to fulfill TikTok shop orders. Order on the website and you will either wait for weeks or not receive your order at all. She ignores all emails and messages to her social media but continues to post videos and stories. Stay clear 😡😡😡😡😡

Incorrect, ignorant, terrible.

Sent gold earrings instead of silver. Ignored initial emails from my husband (buyer) when order took ages to come, and have now ignored the email sent regarding the wrong colour earring. Paypal dispute opened.
Avoid.

Beautiful products but poor customer service

I bought a pair of earrings for my mum. She loved them but 2 months later they broke. I emailed twice and messaged on instagram over the course of 3 months, trying to give leeway for that fact they are a small business, but have had no reply.

Terrible Service

Quality not good. They don’t always respond to queries and if they do, they don’t follow through with any action.
Still chasing after 3 months for a refund as promised due to a faulty pair of earrings.
My emails were ignored until I commented on a post and have chased for another 2 months.
I've been trying to get a refund due to faulty earrings for 3 months now and you are not getting back to me unless I comment on a post.
Please stop ignoring me and prioritise your customers experiences.
I've noticed other customers commenting on posts requesting responses from you also.
You will not gain returning customers and build loyalty this way.
Please, process my refund as promised. Thank you.
