I started using the Radleys Post Office a few years ago because of the P.O. on the Covenrty Rd by the Wheatsheaf. The rude and filthy place, good job its closed.
What a difference !! with lovely pleasant helpful staff . Nothing too much trouble. BRILLIANT.

I myself have not been to the radleys post office, but I would like to thank them for helping my brother tonight as he was lost and confused due to vascular dementia. They did not want to close shop and leave him wondering the streets as he does not live that area. They called police and stayed with him till they arrived to keep him safe. From the bottom of my heart the family thank you for your help and kindness. Wonderful people do exist. Again thankyou very much.

Any 5 star reviews are fake this company and director are known fraudsters working from accommodation addresses and owing people thousands of pounds !!

DO NOT USE! They will steal your money. Ripped me off, took thousands of pounds and then never delivered my leaflets. Horrible customer service, crooked company with a dodgy owner.

If my experience is anything to go by, they won't deliver anything and you won't get your money back.

So this person William Radley is now standing up for Chelmsford North as conservation candidate for the county elections. This is UK? I mean how a person like him who stolen money from 1000 people, Cheated everyone who trusted him, standing up on election?????

Coplandads took £710 off me to distribute and print leaflet. Never done any job and haven't refund the money yet. I have make an formal complaint to trading standard. The guy call Liam Jones is conning people. How can some one feed his family children with the money.

Hi all, The Direct of RadleyPost has just changed their company name to COPLAND ADVERTISING LIMITED. Fully Rebranding only in Name. It's likely he's done this to distance himself away from these reviews and to continue holding money legally owed to others.

Radley Post con people to deliver mail for them but never pays them. My daughter delivered 1500 leaflets for them which took her few days, she has never been paid for it despite many attempts of getting hold of Radley Post they end up barring my numbers.

Interesting pattern that they can report all the negative reviews on here - but do not respond to any reviews.

Urge people to report this 'business' to trading standards. Would not even rate 1 star.

Thousands of pounds lost for a job booked back in August 2019 - never completed the leaflet distribution. Tried multiple times for an answer - they have completely ghosted us.

Wouldn't even give one star if possible.

Have been desperately trying to chase the order we placed (around £2000) and have had no response from our Account Managers or the person (Will) who sold us the Print & Deliver package.

Can't help but feel like I have been scammed. Have been promised a call back several times and never received. Have been chasing since December 2019 and only one response in that whole time telling me Will is out of office. Worst service I have ever had.

Much like others here, same experience. Take the payment then disappear. Leaflets were eventually picked up, then not delivered. Account manager leaves. No response from Radley Post. Luckily it was only a test mailing, so not much money lost, but we missed our xmas mailing, so have to factor in lost sales.

These clowns are a disgrace and in my opinion should be shut down, fined or in prison for fraud.

Communication is really poor. No responses to many messages, emails, text messages, web-forms or customer services.

I paid for a distribution job and was given assurances that it would be done within an agreed timescale. Nobody even came to collect the leaflets, even when I chased it up 2 weeks prior to the deadline.

Radley Post only admitted that they couldn't fulfil their promise 2 days before the deadline which left me no time to make alternative arrangements. Disappointing but they verbally agreed to give me a full refund.

No money has been refunded. I represent a charity who cannot afford to give money for nothing.

I have made many attempts to contact Radley Post to resolve the situation. Sadly Radley Post have not responded to any phone calls, messages left, SMS, emails, contact with customer service or social media messages.

If you pay money for a service that is not provided, then a full refund is a reasonable request. If that refund is then not paid, the situation for me, is best described as theft.

According to Companies House, a change of address for Head Office was submitted in January 20. However, the head office address given has a postal redirection service in place?

In short, this company has taken money from a charity and provided nothing in return. Perhaps best to avoid Radley Post then.

All points here can be proven, so are not accusations but factual. Civil and criminal authorities have been approached with further action pending.

Many reviews for this business have been disputed and removed. If anyone at Radley Post wishes to discuss I would be very happy to do so.

Will Radley is a amateur con man

Will's work puts a real con man to shame, his leaflet company is weak and looks ugly. What he has created is crass and worthless. I spoke to him once on phone he sounded like an agitated old man with terrible phone skills. He can't handle criticism well and when i called him Idiott he started crying and put the phone down. He will always be a poor scammer as he DOESN'T have the gift of the gab or charm.

Leave this with me everyone that has been affected by him because i will be the one to shut down his company.

Completely agree with other review, total con we placed an order for delivery of our leaflets in December, paid upfront then was told they couldn't find any one in our area, we asked for our money back and nothing! I can't get a response from them and had to contact my credit card company.
