I’m having the same issue as others. Paid for leaflet distribution before Xmas and have been messed around ever since. Past from pillar to post, this person, that person, no longer works for the company, no returned calls and emails. All sorts wrong.

The leaflets are still sat in my porch ready to be picked up!!

Its completely ruined what I had planned for my business with the leaflet campaign

Complete Shambles, paid for a service before Christmas, was promised a courier delivery which never happened! was told just before Christmas they couldn't fulfil our order and we would get a refund. 7th Jan and still no refund. Have emailed and called and no response! AVOID!

My original review was removed which since completely factual the only reason i can see is that i identified the owner of the business although this is matter of public record but nonetheless i have removed and re-posted.
Engaged this company to do a leaflet drop and paid invoice sent checking the bank details over the phone prior to sending the actual payment.
When chased as to why leaflets not collected was very abusive saying those were wrong bank details despite having checked with their office prior to sending. The owner of this business has been abusive to three separate members of my staff on three separate occasions.

I would not recommend RadleyPost, they did not deliver the leaflets as promised despite us chasing for weeks. There was no proactive updates and ultimately RadleyPost stopped responding altogether without delivering as promised.

I suspect that this review will also be removed by Radley Post but I will endeavour in the meantime to warn as many people as possible not to use this company.
Like others have mentioned they promise delivery, tracking and an efficient service. They provided none of this. I finally got the leaflets collected after 3 attempts at waiting in for them. The leaflets were never delivered and they couldn't be found to return them to me either. Eventually, as I am a sole trader that cannot walk away from such a loss of expenditure I have been forced to apply for (and been granted a CCJ). I am still awaiting a payment on the back of this.

This company is a disgrace myself and my Husband delivered 5000 leaflets and sent the GPS tracking routes to which we got an email to say all was spot on. we have not been paid as now they are saying perhaps we dumped the leaflets or there may have been a complaint they are saying anything to get out of paying.

Very good company to work for, was very good with timelines and had great communication between myself and the client to make sure the customer was always happy and always knew what was going on! Aneesah was very helpful and friendly making this a extremely nice and easy process! Hope to get more work soon!

This is a scam operation. They constantly delete bad Trustpilot reviews. If anyone else has been conned by them please get in touch with me through my company Tiptapp so that we can prepare a lawsuit together to claim our money back. I am already in contact with a number of previous customers.
Here is our story which corresponds to others and shows how they operate.
We wanted to test Radley Post to distribute flyers door to door. By offering a low price and saying it was the minimum they pressured us into signing up to pay 4 times the amount we had budgetted. The lady who has since been fired kept harassing us to pay. We had made it clear that getting flyers distributed at the correct date was of the essence for us. But once we paid we heard nothing. Only after we reminded them and 3 days late did they send persons to pick up the flyers. It turned out these persons did not have appropriate bags to carry the flyers.
Although we had been promised detailed report of where the flyers were distributed none and very haphazard ones were sent to us.
The next week discovered that the flyers were flytipped across the streets and thrown in peoples gardens.

Nice friendly staff who provide excellent communication and instructions.
Until it comes to getting paid! I was told it would either be the end of the month or48 hours after leaving the review! No payment has been made!
Lots of feedback has been reported and removed on here and I bet it’s all on similar grounds!

Been scammed by them in September didn't deliver leaflets for our company. Paid £900 up front. Was offered a refund no surprise didn't get it. Do the honourable thing and pay people what they are due!!!!

Charged me over £300 to print and distribute some leaflets, however 4 weeks later they still have not distributed the leaflets. Called numerous times, chased the account manager and owner but no responses and no returning of calls!! He said he would guarantee delivery on the weekend, however didn't know that I have a property in one of the locations so would know if they did the distribution. They will not provide a refund, they cannot fulfil the leaflet distribution and now won't return any calls.

BEWARE of also being taken for a expensive ride.

I have filed a official complaint with the Direct Marketing Commission and also Companies House.

A great job to do, can easily be done using up spare time. Obviously though, it will have difficulties with the job if there’s rain or it’s very cold but other than that, it’s a good job

I spoke to them on numerous occasions and he kept phoning me to order some leaflets. In the end I decided to try with a small order.

After waiting for a month plus 3 emails to him regarding our order, I decided to phone them. They pretended they didn't know who I was (yeah, these are the people that had pestered me) and said they would find my company. They find me and and tell me that they haven't got the GPS information and start making excuses.

Radley Post didn't actually do anything with my order. They took my £180.00, didn't bother to follow up with where my leafletting campaign went out (obviously it didn't) and said he would send me the information asap.

That didn't happen either and my last email to them and this scam company was that I would have my solicitor look into this and make a claim through the small claims court.

If you do happen to talk to Radley Post please be aware, they will sweet talk you and get you to spend money with them and the company will promise you everything. The reality is far from the truth and now I am £180.00 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

You are a bad egg and I hope your company goes bust!

We paid this company to deliver 100,000 flyers. They happily agreed to this taking £2025 deposit and promised pick up on a certain date to allow enough time for delivery. However they did not collect the flyers on that date, they promised pick up the next day in which they didn't and the same happened the day after constantly making excuses and they couldn't give me a courier name either which I found odd. Considering this was a time limited campaign we had missed crucial days. I was annoyed at this point and as they were now in breach of contract,(fully backed up and advised by trading standards) I asked to cancel the order and wanted a full refund in which they refused. Considering the work hadn't been done! At this point their phone lines were off and they began making excuses via email. I have since sent correspondence for the refund however they are not getting back to me.

Please do not use this company, they will take your money and have no intention of doing the work. It seems like they have changed their company name a few times also going by Radley Ads and Radley Marketing previously, Please do your research and do not use them! We are alot of money down not only from the deposit but our flyers now missing the campaign deadline and we have lost business. They do not care and have happily taken our deposit! They have caused us alot of stress. It seems like they have done this before from previous reviews, so avoid at all costs. (Look at the amount of reviews that they have reported).

Nov 6th - managed to get through to them via phone, they just made up excuses and lies (even though Iv got email evidence) and apparently said we wanted a ‘freebie’, not too sure how as we paid £2025 for nothing???!!! Absolutely shocking! Also got called an irate angry woman because I asked for a refund which we are rightfully owed.

13th December- still have not given us our refund! Instead are sending promotional emails to mock us after stealing our money. Absolutely disgusting company with no morals. Anyone that has been scammed by them please report them to action fraud.

Working for RadleyPost was a good experience. Although my job was cancelled once, it was fixed very quickly and I got given the job. I got given a lot of information about my job, not needing to worry or ask about hardly anything but when I did ask something I got a really fast reply! I’m happy with my experience working with RadleyPost

Really nice first job,The staff are really nice and understanding (and extremely responsive). I throughly enjoyed working here and hope to work with this company for a long time.

gave me good amount of time to distribute leaflets and it is very flexible.However it is time consuming and and tiring. i only done the job because i am an active person that likes to walk alot.
