Serious life/health affecting issues, service 'not what it says on the tin' .

Serious life/health affecting issues all detailed over 4 meetings with solicitor including providing documents as requested (cost of copying out of pension). OK so phone message 3/1/25 not replied to as solicitor was on holiday - I was suffering severe virus and the severe cold outside 3 weeks, also wanted to put off other meeting - long await next meeting 19/2/25 hoping issues now be raised to the culprits. Now another solicitor given, who doesn't know all the details already provided, as first one now decides doesn't deal with my issues - after 4 long meetings. Had the feeling didn't really care, all the lies/corruption suffered from the culprits getting away with it all. The firm says its' "dynamic, energetic, dedicated, personal level of service, interests represented in the best possible way". How so? No apology from second solicitor, was not describing the problems already detailed repeatedly brought before, was abrupt.
