As per other reviews, after waiting weeks for the shirt to arrive my husband is really disappointed. It's poor quality, nasty cheap material, no care instructions, badges look like they'll fade/disapp... See more

I ordered 2 tops after checking the sizing. Both were too small. I have tried to return them to no avail. The emails are confusing and aimed to get you to give up. The last suggestion was that I gift them to someone else. I have just read that they make them to order and will only take them back if they are faulty. They come from China so doubt that they are made to order. I tried speaking to someone on the phone but its a bot. Going to mark this down as a bad experience but please be aware
I am editing my review After your reply. I have contacted you via email and phoning to get no further forward with either means so I am afraid I cannot change my review. The systems you have in place are not conducive to resolving my issue and frankly its designed to confuse and make giving up the only option.

I am a little disappointed with my item. It was not as advertised. Also disappointed as I thought company was uk based, but they ship from China which took ages. However the customer service were excellent and I received my refund promptly.

Ordered a welsh hoodie with VIP postage as I needed it quickly. 4 weeks and still no sign of it phoned 3 times and was fobbed off. Won't buy again. you have really let me down.

They look completely different from the lovely tops shown on their website and on Facebook. Very poor quality and a printed pattern on the tops. They look embroidered on the pictures in their webpage and on the models. There is also a photo of their shopfront which looks like it's on a street in a Scottish Town. The company is in fact in China ! Very crafty in my opinion to portray the Company as being in the UK It gives a false impression that the source of the tops are in UK/Scotland. For a total of nearly £45 they are of poor quality. I've seen similar ones on market stalls at £6.99 each.
I'm incredibly disappointed and I'm trying to contact the company for a refund but when I try to get into their website a message appears from my Norton data protection application informing me its a risky site and to go back to 'safety' which I am doing, so I can't contact them. I will report it to my payment source PayPal to see if they can assist me.
I was looking forward to support my team in the World Cup but frankly I would be embarrassed to wear it and my husband feels the same about his too. I feel that I have been ripped off !

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service
I purchased two men’s zip tops. Both Poor quality tops with misaligned patterns and substandard stitching. My email complaint was ignored, had automated replies and I had to call to obtain a refund. Disappointing product and customer service.

This is a front for drop-shipped poorest quality products.
They have no customer service and send automated messages with no text in response to queries/complaints.
Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a Scotland shirt on June 1st,apart from receiving a confirmation, this is the only update I've had.Tried contacting the company via email for progress on my order.I did get a reply saying their warehouse staff were working hard to fulfill my purchase. Also advised me that i should contact them after 5 days if still no update. So,contacted them again after the 5 days, and recieved a very cheeky email in return saying that I should refrain from sending excessive emails,as it slows down response time, and would cause delays.Ive bought a lot of items from other companies online before, but ive never experienced one that is so amateurish as this lot!! Only 1 star in review, only because there was no option to give less.I also paid for VIP shipping, which was £9.99.So can only imagine how long other people will have to wait, that have paid for the standard shipping option..
Will never buy anything from this company ever again after this poor customer service and attitude!
After numerous emails back and forth,I'm now awaiting my refund!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
No communication about the order, or means of tracking - just multiple adverts. Took over 3 weeks to arrive and the material is disgusting. Very poor value for money. It's thin, shiny and slippery and will make me sweat if I ever do wear it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Really poor quality printed t shirt nothing like the images on the website .

already had it on for a match night before i noticed the collar held its shape better than most shirts i’ve bought. the fabric is light, sleeves sit right, though the parcel took its time getting here.
Horrible quality, don't be fooled by nice looking IG pictures. I ordered several shirts and threw them all away the moment I unpacked the parcel. What a waste of money!

Items cheap and shiny, look like completely different material on website and described as 'cotton blend'. My items will definitely be returned.

wore it out already and the first thing i kept checking was the sleeve trim. it sits flat instead of twisting up like the cheap supermarket shirts i’ve bought before. body print is darker in person, which i actually liked, though the collar runs a touch firmer than expected.
Terrible quality..not like pics on website

The actual product is NOTHING like the adverts or pictures. Cheap material and the images printed onto the T-shirt and blurry at that! Terrible.

already wore it out. what stuck with me first was the collar, it stays flat instead of curling like the cheap supermarket polos i’ve had. sleeves are a touch snug, but the fabric drops nicely and the print doesn’t look plasticky.
Had it on the same evening. What stood out first was the collar trim staying flat instead of curling, though the fabric had a faint fresh-print smell right from the bag.
Awful thin cheap material which had white lines on it as it f it hadn’t been died properly. When I complained and sent photos as requested I heard nothing back from them … do not waste your money on this tat
