T-shirt

I recently ordered a t-shirt however needed to cancel at short notice.

The item wasn't despatched yet (ordered Sunday) therefore I requested a refund via their customer service team e-mail address.

Eve was the representative who answered my e-mail to advised they would issue a refund.

I was very impressed with the level of service received and a refund was received within 24 hours.

Normally refunds you are required to wait 7- 14 days as standard.

Excellent customer service for refunds.

Cannot believe how shockingly poor the…

Cannot believe how shockingly poor the quality and the fit of this top are. The pictures online looked brilliant, but the reality is horrible and cheap looking. Will never ever buy from them again, and I’d recommend no one else bothered.

I placed an order for two T-shirts and…

I placed an order for two T-shirts and a cap. When paying, a different delivery address was accidentally selected. I wrote to customer support asking them to change the address. They replied after two working days. They simply issued a refund (which takes up to two weeks), and then wrote to say that these T-shirts were out of stock. When you visit your website, even now, they are available. I was so looking forward to watching the World Cup with my wife in these T-shirts. I am very disappointed. When will they be back in stock?

Awful experience

Awful experience, terrible quality, took an eternity to get to me and the product was cheap and tacky, avoid like the plague.
No response to my emails.

I received my union jack hoodie

I received my union jack hoodie. it looked nothing like the picture it was about 3 sizes to big. It took about 4 weeks to arrive and is a total disappointment I have no idea what the material is but its not nice. I really feel like I've been scammed. I'm hoping to get a refund through pay pal. Facebook should be looking into these people.

Avoid using this company

Avoid using this company. Their images of clothing on the website are very nice, but that ISN'T what you get. What you get is a cheap, Chinese print - very disappointing compared to the image you first see. I will be sending my polo shirt back for a refund. Do better please, or just give up!!!

Shockingly poor quality

Without a question, the poorest quality shirt i have ever purchased. design not as per the image online, cheap synthetic fabric (however I cant tell you what its made of as there is literally NO tags to explain washing instructions or what the shirt is made of!

So I'm £25 (ish) down and TBH, the shirt has gone directly into the bag for the charity shop. Leaving this review so others dont make the same mistake

Poor quality, no return option, all outsourced overseas

Image on the sale was misleading, though the description does say 'linen' and 'printed'. However, it is a poor quality item, printing looks naff (unlike embroidered image on website) and feels like wearing a cheap tea towel with no give at all. Took weeks to get a response on returning the item, and was told it would need to be sent overseas (China judging by the labeling) and would be too expensive. I was offered a partial refund which was acceptable but definitely would advise against using. A company that's all about celebrating your nation when the entire business is outsourced isn't exactly on brand either

I honestly thought after reading all…

I honestly thought after reading all these reviews I had made a huge mistake, I was thinking I would never see the 2 t-shirts I ordered let alone what quality they would be, so you can understand my surprise when said t-shirts did arrive and even more to my surprise how good they were. I must be very lucky or chose a good time to order. Think I will buy a lottery ticket.

Avoid at all costs

Sizing way off, poor quality and basically non existent returns policy.
I was told that as shipping costs were too high they don't accept returns. I was offered another t shirt for £3.99 to cover shipping costs. Hmmmmm.
I shall put it down to yet another company selling sub standard clothing and give my t shirt to the charity shop.

Absolutely shocking…

Absolutely shocking… waited over 5 weeks for delivery, The materials and overall finish are very poor quality, and the items appear significantly different from what was advertised, I have requested a full refund and I will return the goods… still waiting on reply.!!!!
