I've ordered in the past and didn't name any issues, I ordered again back on November 30, 2023 and still haven't received my package as of February 7, 2024. I've contacted them and received a response let me check on it and tried to follow-up and haven't received a response. I've just asked for a refund so we will see if that happens.

Disappointed, quite difficult to work the handles/straps plus they need to be longer.

Absolutely nothing like the Facebook ads.. absolute rubbish.. do not buy!!! So cheap looking.. money down the drain..will never use and colours are horrible!!!

Just very difficult to work with in regards to fixing their mistakes. Bought a bag that never arrived. After emails back and forth about their dodgy transport company, when it finally arrived (after having to get proof from my post office that it didn’t arrive), the colour was very different to the colour on their website. I’m not going to return it as I don’t trust the process, and definitely not buying again through this company.

An absolutely horrendous experience. This company fail to ship part of my order, refused to refund me, and lied to PayPal about having fulfilled my order. Horrible customer service, and the products really not worth it. Shipping not reliable and you may not even receive what you ordered. Do not buy products here.

My only experience was with ordering the products. Stupid me, I ordered twice. Once in 2019, one Khalia bag for me and one for my mom. It looked so nice in a Facebook ad. Well, for both of us, the bag lasted about 6 months before falling apart. The zippers malfunctioned, and the lining ripped. I tried again in 2021 because they emailed me an incredible Black Friday sales price. 3 for $45, okay... well... it wasn't even worth that money. I gave one to my mom and ended up using two. They did take a very long time coming out of China, they arrived literally the day before Christmas, so they took weeks in transit. They both lasted maybe 2 months, when the SAME clasp broke in the SAME spot. Terrible quality. Sorry, very disappointed. I learned my lesson and am not ordering from them any more. The second time the product was far more flimsy.

Terrible quality. I have purchased three purses and one wallet over the last 15-16 months. Every item ended up being defective. Mostly tears, a broken purse strap, etc. They wanted to give me 30% of a new purchase. I’m done with buying this crap. I will spend a little more money and get a good quality purse from a reputable company.

Also when I wrote a review on their website it was never posted. Not very transparent

I ordered a purse. It arrived after a long wait. The quality was terrible! The third time I used it, a snap broke off of the purse. The buckle on one strap does not stay buckled.
When contacted, the company simply stated that they were sorry for the poor quality and offered a small percentage off of a new purchase. No offer of refund and I have absolutely ZERO interest in purchasing from them again after receiving such a terribly quality product, so the 20% off was useless to me.

Extremely & Exhausted busy mommy/career/union president here. I signed up here JUST TO PROVIDE A REVIEW! Ordered on 2/8/21, it’s 3/9/21 (UPDATE: 3/23 no bags still). Ralphany has been responding to my question on where is my package! But after 3/9, no response. Scam? Yes. I saved for three months for my bag so when I showed up for my new career job, I was gonna feel, look, be confidential. NO BAGs!

I will say that originally they gave %10 discount for being a new customer (like $13.19). When I researched, they are from China and you have to leave a message when you call the company!? SCAM

I wish we could just shut them down! I’m so upset, disappointed and just sad, I worked saved up for these bags, especially with a baby.

I ordered the purse on November 12, 2020. Today, December 12, 2020 it has still not been delivered. According to tracking information it has been sitting in Sparks, Nevada since December 1. I absolutely would not recommend purchasing from this company. The response to emails has been to be patient. If there had been any indication that delivery would be delayed, I would have chosen not to order the item.

DON'T order from this China company! The ads are deceiving. The bags are MUCH smaller and mine did not come with all of the straps. They do NOT allow refunds like they "assure". SCAM!!

Received my Vera bag quickly and customer service was prompt on a small issue I had. Couldn't be more pleased. Already got compliments on my bag too!

I ordered a black purse and they sent me a navy one. They refused to pay the shipping to correct their mistake. I would not recommend. The product is not as advertised and they have horrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order with them and they took my money and sent me a fake tracking number for shipment that went to Washington State. I live in New Jersey. Never received my order or my money back. I had to report them to my credit card company.

I ordered a gray Vera bag and it came within a few days. I wasn't sure how to convert the cross shoulder to the backpack. I emailed them and they quickly responded and sent me a video to look at which showed how to do it. Great communication and I love the bag.

They are fake. Do not fall for it. I ordered two bags. They came in, I checked them out. I did not like them. They are awkward and uncomfortable to carry. I kindly requested a return for a refund and they still have not contacted me. I requested a return the same day the bags arrived. Now I'm stuck with these bags in their bag shoved in the closet. $50 down the drain. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY. They must be reported. They must be removed from advertising false information.

Customer service was amazing! They kept me up to date from order to delivery, sending shipping and tracking updates. Pleasantly surprised by product, arrived on time and in great condition. Will be buying from Ralphany again for sure.

Received my Vera bag today, and am disappointed with the quality to be honest. There are ingrained lines on the material, presumably from when it has been folded, which make the finish look shabby. The lining rustles so is very cheap material, and the overall finish of the leather look trim is really poor. Cost me £27.98 for this bag and I can’t see it lasting very long. Lesson learned, will not be purchasing from this company again. Please don’t waste your money.

I bought a bag from the Norabags website which was advertised as £23.79 reduced from £69.98 and it is absolute tat. It's really flimsy, has squint seams and loads of threads hanging out. The bag doesn't support it's own weight let alone anything in it. The company's returns policy is fake and there's no way to get your money back. Good reminder to do more research on a company I don't know before buying online. Don't buy anything from this website!
