Don’t bother. Scam company.

Don't want to give them any stars, wish I would have read these reviews before I bought. I purchased a backpack over a month ago, got a tracking number. now they don't recognize my tracking number and they don't respond to my emails. I have not tried their phone number yet and I need to contact my bank and see if there is anything I can do, I feel so cheated.

Unfortunate that I actually have to pick a star. This company is horrible. Ordered a bag for a Christmas gift prior to Thanksgiving. Still have yet to receive the bag. Very generic/vague responses in emails and the tracking information has not changed. Don’t know what other people are being told but I got an identical response as one of the other reviews blaming the political climate. Total fraud, cancelled my CC that I used to purchase the products so those crooks don’t have my information. Bank is currently investigating for fraud.

Never received my order. Been over a month. No answer from any email, call, or Facebook message. Company is a scam and has been reported to the FTC.

Never received my bag. Can't get a hold of anyone. It's a scam.

Please please please don’t order from them. I ordered 2 months ago and no communication as to where my purse is. Basically was scammed. Email them and get this generic message. Bag is in its way. No bag or tracking number. Usually you get lousy products but here you get nothing. Been here n it’s way for over 2 months now

Placed an order months ago and still haven’t received it. Have received vague answers like “We’re sorry it’s been delayed we’ll update you soon” every time I’ve reached out.

I ordered the Brielle backpack from United States on Ralphany.com on Nov.10 and I received it on Dec. 2. But it was sent to me from China. The bag used very cheap material inside and outside with no any brand name on the bag, it also smells terrible. It feels so different from their advertisement on Pinterest and their website. I sent an email to the owner for return and refund, she replied me to send back to Canada. The international shipping fee will be more expensive than the bag itself. I looked up their return policy, free return only for products discount less than 50%. Almost everything in their website the price has dropped to 70% off, so it is impossible to get the free shipping. But the original price they marked is only the big lie, the bag without any brand name and with cheap material is not worth of the original price they marked (Brielle $134.99). I paid ($31.98), I saw the value of the bag shipped to me from china is $3.00. I think the bag itself just like $3.00. Their website doesn’t show where their company is, it is only showed US dollar, I thought it is the company in US. They only put good reviews in their website, they hide bad reviews in this Facebook page. It is just like the reviews below that they “LIE about their business to get customers!” Very shameful!!!

I WOULD GIVE THEM NO STARS IF POSSIBLE. NEXT TIME I'LL READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. MERCHANDISE SHIPS DIRECTLY FROM CHINA! ORDERED ON 11/2 --TRACKING SHOWS ORDER BEING PREPARED ON 11/14. TWELVE DAYS AFTER ORDERING. I KEEP EMAILING STEPHANY THE OWNER ABOUT DELAYED SHIPPING. FIIRST SHE SAYS OVERWHELMED WITH ORDERS YESTERDAY - YES A FULL MONTH AFTER PLACING AN ORDER THAT DUE TO pRESSURE FROM AMERICAS POLITICAL PROCESS PACKAGES COMING IN AT DETROIT AND MIAMI ARE DELAYED WHAT A CROCK OF BS. THE TRACKING INFO STILL SHOWS BEIJING IT HAS NEVER BEEN UPDATED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND SINCE ITS CLEARLY LOST AND GOT THE POLITICAL NONSENSE. THIS PERSON IS A LYING SCAM ARTIST. HOPEFULLY I CAN GET PAYPAL TO DO SOMETHING!

I ordered a gift over a week ago, and I have still not received any confirmation or correspondence from the company. THEY DID CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY THOUGH. (It's being disputed as we speak.)

I filled out a contact request and left them a message to call me back. And, by the way, the number is a voicemail and never says the company name....just a woman saying hello. SOUND PRETTY FISHY TO ME!!! If something changes, I'll update my review.

I ordered 2 purses after seeing advertisement on my Facebook scrolling. Paid $65 via PayPal 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive the bags. Emailed company and did not get a response. Wish I would have read reviews on company before ordering, definitely would not have done so. I see their bags on Amazon for cheaper, and if u had ordered through Amazon, I may have actually received the items I paid for.

I purchased the Savannah bag. Delivery took a bit longer than originally advertised but they emailed me and kept me informed about the delay. The bag has arrived and looks well made with no loose threads/stitching and all zippers, buckles and buttons work. It has a good number of compartments and a good size. Overall happy with the bag.

I wish I had reed this first, do not order from here!! I ordered only because I saw tracking order was submitted.. I’ve never got mine, they send an automatic email every time you try to contact them, save your time and money!

Don’t order from this company. You will never receive your product. After waiting ages I put in a dispute through PayPal. PayPal got back to me and said it had been shipped and included a tracking number but nothing about what delivery service they used. Then I get an email from Ralphany saying shipping has been delayed. How can it be delayed if it has already been shipped? I doubt I’ll ever receive the bag I ordered and I won’t be so stupid again to order off an instagram post. When I asked for a refund, they refused saying they couldn’t as the order had already been processed. Don’t order from these guys. Find a reputable seller.

I only gave Ralphany 1 star as there was no other choice otherwise it would be zero!
I ordered my bag 1 month ago from what I thought was an American company advertising their bags in American dollars.
I asked to track the bag and realised all the information was in Mandarin.
I still have no idea when my bag is going to arrive. I have put it down to experience and Will probably order something else from a British site.

Company claims to be in Canada, they are in China. Why lie? Shipping takes extra long, tracking is only available on their website & tells you nothing. Product that arrived was worth about what I paid ($20), but it was cheap crap that I will not use and does not look like the pretty bag depicted on their website. Fabric is really cheap and ugly. If I had realized it was a Chinese company i would have never ordered. Something needs to be done about these cheap Chinese crap resellers that LIE about their business to get customers.
