Great product, clean tidy install. Supplier did mess up the order and forgot to add an external lock even though it was requested (nothing to do with Goatleys) Simon and Jason sorted the issue with no problem. Amazing work to add the lock by Jason as well. They even gave me a piece of trim to help stop a leak on n an existing window unit, alas this didn’t work so I’ll be using Goatleys again to repair it properly.

Very positive experience with R+D Goatley. The sales process is extremely honest and transparent, with no pressure, only the aim to take time to choose the right products. All interactions from sales, survey and installation have been easy and professional. Very good installation, friendly team with excellent attention to detail and finish.

R&D Goatley have surpassed our expectations of customer service and delivery. From initial discussions with Simon, David the surveyor, Danny the creator and our installers, Chris, Adrian, Dave and the rest of the team we have been thrilled with their quality of work.
I am particularly fussy and look for real attention to detail. Simon listened patiently to my change of mind and worries, and has guided and reassured along the way. The installers worked in tandem with a supplier who were fitting another product at the same time, ensuring consultation and consideration. Because of this we have a wonderful conservatory, front door and a complete window renovation. Our house is now warm, stylish, safe and secure.

R&D Goatley are a family business and I can highly recommend dealing with them. They have shown the old fashioned kind of good natured service so lacking these days and it's great to deal with a small business and not some faceless corporate entity. My office windows and doors look great, work great and the service was excellent. Always a few hiccups in any building project but it's how you deal with them and these guys dealt with them politely and given the current situation (Covid) they did their best and it showed.

Had new windows and 1 door installed last week. The fitters (Chris and Alex) were great. They arrived on time each day and tidied up afterwards. Had a slight issue with the door needing adjusting but this was rectified within 2 days. Can't fault their workmanship and after care service. Also, no payment requested up front, not even a deposit - just full payment within 7 days after completion. This says it all! Would not go anywhere else and have already recommended to family and friends - thank you!!

We are thrilled with our new windows. They are excellent quality windows, fitted promptly by a team who clearly know what they are doing.
We found the whole process very easy and were impressed by the obvious commitment to good customer service from everyone we had contact with. We have already recommended them to 2 friends who want to replace windows and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again ourselves.
