They guided us through all the options for our front door, visited our home to provide honest recommendations on a problem area. They took time to help us make the right choice. I was really worried about getting windows and French doors replaced because I didn't want to be oversold or ripped off by a national double glazing chain. I am so pleased we went local with R&D Goatley. We could see the products in the showroom, Simon was always happy to answer questions and guide us.
This is truly a family run business and they are keen to make sure the customer is happy. No deposit needed. The surveyor and the team who carried out the work were great. I thought it would be very intrusive work, but apart from the necessary noise to remove the windows and door, it wasn't.

A great company to deal with right from the initial conversations to the fitting and aftercare. Nothing was too much trouble. Scaffolding arranged, shutter removal and replacement arranged, more than happy to arrange fitting to accommodate nesting birds, meaning a couple of months had to be left before the remaining windows could be completed. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Diligent, clean and respectful fitters. Almost goes without saying that the product is top quality too.

They were fantastic from start to finish. Very professional. I have had new replacement French doors with windows either side fitted in my kitchen extension.. Jordan was extremely helpful and informative when it came to choice. The new windows and doors have made my kitchen extension look so much lighter and larger. They are of very high quality and I am thrilled with the result.

I was also so impressed with the fitting team, who were very professional, efficient and friendly and left the place spotlessly clean.

We have been using R & D Goatley for the last 30 years and had windows, doors and now a newly finished conservatory installed by them. The process from start to finish was excellent. The entire team are very courteous and professional. Highly recommended.

Si Goatley, Trini and the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication and the fitting teams were excellent. We had some glass fitted into the current units and new patio doors fitted, they were quick and efficient and left not a scrap of mess or disturbance to the walls, even making good on a small piece of render that came away with the old unit.

We had all the windows replaced.Excellent advice and the chance really examine the windows in the showroom. No pressure and always happy to answer our endless questions. The fitting team were fantastic. Five arrived on the first day and completed upstairs. They left that cleaner than it was before they got there. The next day Adrian Dan and Harrison returned and fitted the downstairs window. A high quality finish and such lovely guys to have around your house. Thanks so much. We were confident from our first visit to Goatley's showroom that we would get good and knowledgeable advice about new doors and windows.

There is a big difference between buying from a large national chain and buying from a small family company and that shows in the attention to detail and high level of customer service overall. Goatley's were very understanding when we had to delay our installation by several weeks.

Excellent from initial survey through to the actual fitting. Very good communication to keep us advised of, the progress of the order, arranging a fitting date and the team letting us know when they would arrive on the day. They were outstanding, polite, informative about the product and left the work areas clean and tidy as though they hadn't been there. Fully recommended.
