Ben recently fitted a new boiler for us. Everything went smoothly and Ben left the place spotless. He is a really lovely guy and was happy to chat with us and offer advice on some other plumbing issues in our house. Would highly recommend.

Ben saved the day! A previous plumber installed a new boiler in my rental property then disappeared leaving no paperwork. I asked Ben to check the boiler and it turned out to be a nasty cheap one and the installation was totally unsafe. Ben installed a new one within a week and his bill was cheaper than his estimate! Ben's communication was stellar - especially as I live in Australia! He has restored my faith in tradies. Thank you Ben.

I have used Ben as my go to plumber for the last 3 years both at home and at work. From changing all of downstairs radiators ( if you saw the colour you would understand ) to adding a new sink to a utility room . Ben has always been on time , tidy and delivered on the price agreed.

Having moved in to a new home a few months ago we needed to move some heating and gas pipes to accommodate a new kitchen.

I contacted Ben at Randoll & Mayne who was able to give some sound advice on the best way to achieve what we needed remotely (due to Covid-19).

On the day of work Ben arrived and got straight on with the work. He was meticulous in his planning and talked us through every step of the way.

During the work Ben soon realised that the gas pipework was not upgraded to current standard when the boiler was installed by the old owner a few years ago, meaning the pipework was too thin for the twists and turns and pressure in the pipe.

After talking through some options Ben was able to sort the problem out for us really quickly and effectively.

Thoroughly chuffed with the service we received as well as the end result now the work has been completed.
