Be aware that adverts are missleading.
1. Biggest issue, despite them saying you will be listed in about 40 directories, you still have to register to them manually, all this platform does is update information. A lot of other directories will require payment or subscription if you want to use them for backlinks.
2. Competitor analysis is not great, does not show broken links for competitor backlinks
3. Website content improvement, keeps revising with little or no improvement
4. Google ads do not allow certain characyers to be ised that can be on google ads direct.
5. In my case, it kept removing my business google account address, to fix it I should chage my setting on RankingCoach to phisical address, but its greyed out.
If I could not get back a refund so early in subscription, I doubt they ever do refunds, I had geniune problems with account. I don’t want to discourage anyone from trying, but be careful what you need it for and do research on other platforms

Everything is explained in a way that it's simple. They truly help you.

I love how easy going the reports are to read (especially visually) for me to just fwd over to the clients. I have some clients who cannot understand copy and paste let alone the marketing world. I love this program. I wish there was free trials for all the tools (if there was I missed it) even if it was 3-7 days per tool but that's nothing. Thank you for making my job and life easier!

For the record, I have never actually needed RankingCoach's services, however, I need to defend them against things they can't control

I just want to say there are a scammers out there representing themselves at RankingCoach. They will be very evasive when describing the services they need until they are ready to ask for YOUR money. (First red flag). They will tell you that you need to invest $X to earn a multiple of what you invest. Don't buy it - and don't take it out on Ranking Coach. It's not their fault these people are using their name to do nefarious things.

They will contact you on WhatsApp (second red flag) because it's more secure and more difficult to track. They will want you to invest (and be paid with) Crypto (BTC or ETH) (3rd red flag). This is because there is no way you can dispute any kind of charge. Once you send someone some money, it's gone. They might even get you started and let you make a little money to whet your appetite, then they'll ask for $$ to provide you with greater income.

FYI, the last number I was contacted by for this was +1 727-263-4059. It was registered to a landline in NV, but clearly not who was really contacting me.

I was scammed by a person posing as a coach with a lucrative job opportunity
They initially let you make so called commission to hype up your belief in the scam
They make you think you are part of some advanced marketing group that optimizing data .
Next I charged $1500 to my so called ranking coach account
They took it and told me to add $2000 more and I will make $7000 commission
They make you believe it because everything looks legit
They have fake groups on whats app
They claim they need real people to give automated reviews on there websites
It’s a scam
I have every text message and screenshot
Everything is done through bitcoin
They teach you how to transact bitcoin
Via copy and paste methods
Most of the time they use bots to correspond but when there is a problem or they need to get money all of a sudden you are dealing with a real person

UPDATE: I have responded to the company's request to share screenshots. They have assured me that the scammers who contacted me were impersonating rankingCoach, not a third-party contractor working on their behalf. If you are approached for this type of work, just say no.

A recruiter contacted me through Whatsapp offering work posting automatically generated reviews of apps I have never used and would not be required to try. In addition, the reviews are autogenerated because that ensures the best reviews, she said when I declined. No one can trust reviews when people are being paid to post AI output. Do not accept work from them and do not associate your business with a fraud. It might get you a temporary lift but will bite you when it comes out that you paid rankingCoach to pay people to be dishonest on your behalf. I do have screenshots for anyone who needs them.

They make it impossible to cancel and get a refund for nothing in return...

In short words, I believe that this tool allows me to know what the strengths and weaknesses of my company weekly, and even advise me on how to resolve certain issues to increase my positioning on the Internet.

After working with Rankingcoach, I earned a $500 commission. They were a day late paying me but finally did. After I attempted to withdraw my money, it and the $100 I had in my work account went straight to review. It's been 8 days, no one will explain why it's not being release.
They're a scam and will never pay me.

Only using free version just now but getting great tips in helping me gain customers

The service offered by Ranking Coach is excellent for website ranking promotion. It is user-friendly, with easy-to-follow on-screen instructions, and there are no strings attached to accessing their service.

I'm not very technical and rarely even bother, but times are changing and being involved is critical for growth and survival. That said they coach you thru with ease strictly skylights can be found again. We thank you guys, truly.

Has helped my store a lot on getting recognised and that's just organically. I would recommend to anyone who is working on their own. This is truly a life saving app.

Most worst company I have ever came across. Their product is full of crap. Their product will not add any value to your website for SEO or google analytic. It doesn't fetch any data.
Don't get trap with this company, don't upgrade with subscription. They are just trying to make customers fool.
Customer services is awful. They don't know how to deal with query very unprofessional.

Better to use other services like google, bing. Which give more accurate information and robust.

Initially we found ranking coach useful for some SEO insight, however, it soon became apparent that downloaded plugins (that were recommended by ranking coach) were causing issues with with the website - which caused further expense on our end to rectify. Not only this, but there is no yearly reminder to subscription, only an invoice that is issued. Despite cancelling once the invoice was issued, and bank refunding us due to disputing this payment, they have continued to try and take the subscription amount for the next year. I have personally been in contact with the company to express my disappointment in the poor service and my concerns, but customer service has been extremely poor. There are many more free and cheaper services which I would recommend 1000% more than ranking coach - steer clear!!

Let it be known that this company offered me a discount on the money they TOOK from my bank account if I remove this review’.

I think this is against Trust Pilot rules and the terms and conditions they themselves would have agreed to when joining Trust Pilot.

I declined. I want no dealings with this company at all.

The system is ok. Cant say that I overly used or that I used it to its full extent. More that it was easy to see where I stood amongst competitors. They liked to show me how my competitors were advertising on Google because of course, that would make me want to advertise on google through them, spending more money with them.

But then they renewed my subscription to the tune of £360 and took this from my bank account without prior notification and authorisation.

For a small business this is not good.

They are attempting to use their fine print to convince me that I agreed to this extortionate amount being taken from my bank account. The system is simply not worth £360 a year.

Be warned. Be aware. And keep your bank details safe.

Relationship completely soured and I will likely take the legal route of getting my money back.
