We found RapidDirect while looking for potential manufacturers that can assist in metal 3D printing. Their customer service was fantastic and they also provided a detailed manufacturability analysis report for our part. The salesperson guided us through every step of the way while designing for manufacturability, ensuring critical surfaces of the part were free of supports and sizing holes appropriately for depowdering after a print. When they first manufactured the part, an error had occured and, due to this, they offered to give us the existing part (with the defect) free of charge and offered to make another from scratch at no extra cost. RapidDirect got it done perfectly on the second attempt and quickly got the part to us. It was properly packaged and came with gloves so as to not damage the surface finishing. We will definitely be using RapidDirect’s services again and recommend them for others.
