Rapid Direct has been very responsive, collaborative and easy to work with. Communication has been very good! Paying for the orders via Paypal is also very convenient and enabling.We hope Rapid Direct will continue to keep Paypal payment as an option in the future. We have been working with Rapid Direct on various projects for the past 2 years. The company truly strives to understand part requirements prior to quoting and making delivery commitments. Their analysis for manufacturing is good, thorough and very helpful. If there are deviations Rapid Direct is asking to approve them prior to quoting and if there deviations later due to manufacturing process from what was quoted, Rapid Direct communicates before shipping the parts to work out any issues. And very importantly, Rapid Direct works hard to address them. Part quality has been good so far and we plan to continue working with Rapid Direct in the future. Lead times, shipping and delivery have been reasonable.

I work on a lot of design projects - often custom jewelry - that call for precise machined parts in very low quantities. So far Rapid Direct has delivered the best quality parts at the most reasonable prices, especially for the low quantities I'm usually interested in.

Almost 10 years now in medtech manufacturing space. When I first quoted a set of large sheet metal parts that other groups no bid or bid through the roof and got an amazing price, I figured no way. Did my research on Rapid and saw great reviews. Proceeding with the order expecting a human to tell me the AI misquoted or something along those lines. But nope. They fulfilled the first order (couple of days past quoted timeline), and they turned out great. So great that we placed more orders. Bonus for the personal attention from the sales engineering team (thank you Carina) and for making shipping easy - flat DHL rate with no surprise call for duty payments.
