Outstanding customer service, production quality, and packaging. They worked with me on my price to get me what i needed within my budget.

We engaged with RapidDirect for a precision CNC manufacturing project and had a mixed experience overall.

Over several months, we invested significant time coordinating with their team and visited their Shenzhen facilities multiple times to move the project toward final agreement. Throughout this period, we had ongoing discussions with sales and engineering and believed the project was progressing in a positive direction.

However, near the final stage, just before signing the agreement, the project was ended due to an internal decision on their side. The reasons were not fully explained, which made it difficult for us to understand what changed after such a long evaluation process.

Later, we were contacted again by RapidDirect expressing interest in restarting the collaboration. While we appreciated the follow-up, this back-and-forth highlighted internal communication and decision-ownership challenges, especially for projects with tight timelines and higher complexity.

The team members we interacted with were professional and courteous, but for clients who need clear decision authority, stable commitments, and predictable timelines, this experience involved more uncertainty than expected.

Product fabrication was as expected and shipment was sent and received in a timely manner.
