RapidDirect has made that parts I needed quickly and to the drawing. I searched sheet metal shops around where I live and nobody was able to do the small hem. I was able to finish the secondary metal forming of the part that RapidDirect made with success!

I don't normally bother leaving reviews, but Rapid Direct really earned their five stars.
I'm an amateur hobbyist with a very small order who designed what turned out to be some rather awkward parts, and they really went a long way above and beyond to make it work.
Lovely quality machining, great communication, and fast shipping with really nice little touches like the inspection gloves in the box, and mini cutter on the outside for opening the parcel.

The standout experience has been dealing with Benjamin, the sales engineer. I honestly cannot praise him highly enough - responsive, polite, friendly, patient, and beyond helpful. He really has made the experience a genuine pleasure.

I will absolutely be using Rapid Direct again as my first choice for any CNC/laser work.

These guys are good. The quality and finish of my 1/2” aluminum mount is as good as it gets. The anodizing is perfectly uniform and the tolerances are right on the money. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Customer service was prompt and helpful throughout the process and shipping was reasonably fast considering it came all the way from Shenzhen. I’ll be using Rapid Direct for all my future parts.

Ordered a custom bracket CNC-machined in black matte anodized aluminum from both RapidDirect and another company. RapidDirect wasn’t the cheapest or the fastest, but their support was responsive and — most importantly — the quality was excellent. As far as I can tell from comparing, their work is top-notch. I’ll definitely order from RapidDirect again.

Everything was more than expected

Have used Rapid for multiple projects at this point and can say they are top notch. The account rep we were assigned is always on the ball with good communication. Definitely a level up from most of the other well known players in the space.

This and all of my orders with Rapid Direct came out great. The quality is always high, and the lead time is quick. I have and continue to reccomend them to others.

Areas that could be improved are communication - sometimes the translation causes confusion and pricing - sometimes they have great pricing, sometimes it is double their competition. When the proving is good, I always use rapid direct and have never had a problem with a single part.

We've been ordering prototype parts from Rapid Direct for a few years now and we are pleased with the quality of the parts received.
So far we ordered CNC parts (plastic and metal), sheetmetal, 3D prints (SLA, SLS), painting of parts, laser marking.
