Basement Beast is awesome! The flexibility of the program and the ease of doing it whenever I want, wherever I am is very helpful.

Great workout plans and I enjoy following along to the videos. He makes them entertaining and enjoyable.

Amazing program - very simple to use and the workouts are fast and effective.

I LOVE the program. Unfortunately, the $67 only gives you HALF of the program, leaving my favorite Extreme Shred to be purchased for another $67 which is ridiculous. The website it challenging as it doesn't always load correctly and can seem like a scam.
One last nitpick, they sold my info. The moment I signed up I had FREE Harbor Freight items waiting for me to purchase etc.
Again, program is great and works but it's everything else that's challenging. Had Extreme Shred been included in my first purchase, I would have been more tolerant.

Fabian is an excellent instructor and he is a great motivator.

I have been a member of the Basement Beast Brotherhood for almost 3 years! Like many, I came out of COVID and lockdowns in terrible shape and needing to turn my life around. With Basement Beast, led by the charismatic Fabian Petrina, I not only met my initial goal of losing 40 pounds, but I also then went on to build muscle and a physique I quite honestly never thought was possible for me. In addition to the multitude of programs, nutrition guides, and supplements, the online community surrounding the program is unmatched. Organically, Fabian and his team has created a space that fosters support, encouragement, and acknowledgement that is not only helpful, but judgement free. I've never had or seen that in any online community before, particularly one for just men focusing on fitness. Without Basement Beast and the community of like-minded brothers looking to make the best of their lives, I don't think I would have ever come out of the rut of bad health, bad choices, and a lack of fitness that plagued me the majority of my adult life. In these almost three years with the program, I have learned how to set my health and fitness goals and achieve them!! I will be a Basement Beast for life!!

I just got an extra charge of 129$ on top of my package price of 164$ about a week after my original purchase, and now the web site won't allow me to sign in with the link provided, and tells me there's no account with my email....

The member website is easy to use. There are so many different programs to fit to your needs. Almost every workout is 25 minutes or less. The cost is totally fair with minimal need to buy extras. So many other programs have long workouts and a need for expensive weights.

After being a college athlete and working out all the time, I had no desire to work out anymore. Once I hit my 30s, keeping g weight off was difficult and injuries started. This program totally changed my mindset and physique. I now enjoy working out and like to get in as much as I can!

Love the amount of different workouts available. Gives us a chance to change it up on a constant basis so exercise doesn't get stagnant. Also, unbelievable customer service. Anytime I've needed help they've responded within 24 hours and always had a solution.

The program I choose is really great. The instructor is perfect, the way he's encouraging the people is amazing.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to change something in good in their life.

In my opinion this is one of the best if not the best options to get in shape and stay in shape that is available today. I love the programs so far and see it as something I can do for a lifetime to keep myself in top condition.

Great program with lots of variety for different goals and levels.
I just wish there were workout sheets to have the option of not following along to a video. I've never been an exercise class guy, if rather use a timer and my own music.

Basement Beast is a good workout but he does not do an intro into the exercises for each set. I find myself slowing my workout down to see what exercise I will be doing. The workouts move a a good pace but that lack of intro into each set can slow you down.

The engagement is awesome.
All the information and workout instructions is what I need basements does all of that.

Basement Beast is exactly what I needed, coming off of some injuries I was concerned with going back to free weights right away. The band workouts were perfect for rebuilding my strength and therefore my confidence get back to the free weights. I’ve completed four of the programs thus far, currently hitting the dumbbell program and continuously revisit the abs program. This program is a game changer!

I have tried many programs, but always gave up. This is the first program that fits my lifestyle.

Basement Beast changed my life. I have never been this fit before. I am 43 and I am stronger and feel better than when I was 18 thanks to Fabian Petrina and the Basement Beast team. I also am leaner than I have ever been. I am so grateful to have found this program! It is the best!
