I booked Rapid Removal Group for an upcoming move I was doing. Josh made it very easy to set up the initial booking and was helpful when I had to reschedule it. On the day of the move, I was very stressed as I still had quite a lot of packing to do and I had misplaced the tool to disassemble my bed frame. However, Josh and his colleague Jay were really great and made everything a lot easier. They arrived on time and moved everything I had already packed safely and quickly. Then, once done, they disassembled the bed frame and helped me pack up the other items I hadn’t yet sorted. They were really quick with unloading, were safe with transporting fragile items, and reassembled my bed for me. Also, they were both just great to chat with, lovely guys, couldn’t recommend them enough.

I have used this company before and as before I was not disappointed. Asher and Josh moved my possessions with ease and care. I would definitely recommend this company. Highly recommended.

Excellent guys. I will hire them anytime I need moving house or items. They were thoughtful and careful, all my things well in place. Highly recommend!

Really poor service, they sub contracted my job without telling me, broke my tv and won’t take responsibility, claiming they have Insurance yet no money has been repaid.

Josh the owner is incredibly rude and confrontational.

UPDATE: In relation to the comment below, i think it's now important to point out the fact this company consistently lied to me, for example, they are stating below we were made clear of the fact it was an outsourced job. This is a complete lie, at no point were we made aware this was the case otherwise we would not have proceeded. Additionally, the £500 compensation was not promptly paid. It took nearly 2 months to receive only £500 when the replacement TV cost was £1000. Another lie this company will tell you is they have insurance. They most certainly do not.

Amazing service, clear updates on arrival and the team even came back to help me assemble my bed when I couldn’t find the screws during their initial visit. I would definitely recommend their service.

Josh and his team are amazing! The best movers. I highly, highly recommend them. They were so kind, quick and thoughtful. Every aspect of the move was easy with them. Joshua and Andre were fantastic. Got the move arranged 2 days in advance, there was a slight delay on the day as their previous job over ran but that was communicated clearly.
They were friendly and professional, and handled my stuff with the utmost care.
We were done in an hour and a half. 10/10 I would not use any other removal company.
