I had the pleasure of dealing with Siôn Jones / Sam @ Rapidvans, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. The process was stress free and pleasant. Great service and they know they’re stuff. I got informed every step of the way, literally got an email or phone call every day until I got the van to keep me in the loop. Upon delivery the driver was amazing, so polite. He explained all the controls to me, made sure I was happy with everything. Received the Van in pristine condition. I had a great experience at Rapidvans, I highly recommend this company.

Was very impressed with the level of service I received. I bought a high spec van at a below market price. Sam was excellent always answered the phone and even replied to my messages and emails at the most unsocial hours. There was no pressure selling sales man just a guy that was happy to help. Van was ready before my deposit and insurance was in place. It was a rapid service from start to finish.
