They stole my money and didn't deliver the goods

I ordered from KFC, which i do relatively often, I'm a gringo from the usa and used their service. I stood in front of my building for a long time and they never came to my residence, when i walked inside they had cancelled my order and charged me 150k pesos. ... ... ... what?! I contacted customer service, they said the person came to my residence and called me, they never came to my residence, they never called me. both statements were a lie. then cancelled my order and charged me 150k pesos. totally illegal. the heck with this company and their underhanded tactics.

RAPPl…THE RIPOFF

When I first got to Columbia all americans told me about Rappi. I made over 200 orders with them every few orders they screw it up. Meeting alot of Colombians. They all tell me use DiDi Rappi is the worst. They are right. So i recommend DiDi. RAPPI will not get another penny out of me.

Rappi has terrible service

Rappi has terrible service. After promising delivery within 30-40 minutes, my order was supposedly on the way after about 1 hour. Then it was cancelled. I replaced the order, same thing again. Customer service was entirely unhelpful and after over 2 hours I have neither received my order or any help. Do not use this service.

Robbers

They only brought half of our order and when we asked for our money back for the things that didn't come, they never responded. We were asking to chat for 4 days until we stopped. They should be arrested for this behaviour.

Fraudulent business practices

Fraudulent business practices. They steal your money as everyone is saying here in the reviews. Customer service is a joke and unreachable. Good never arrives and no effort is made to deliver (on a 300 dollar grocery order for me) and Rappi has the gall to charge you and refuse to cooperate. Had to report fraud with my bank.

Terrible service architecture via the browser

Terrible service via the browser. I am logged in but I can't place an order because it asks me to verify both my phone and an email with a code. I received the code on both but when I proceed with the verification it tells me something went wrong. It sounds like terrible verification product design. Can't trust this service at all to place an order when they have such poor backend architecture. It's a shame it's the most widely spread delivery service in Mexico because it simply sucks.

Thee worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rather use a different app - I will never use this terrible platform again. My order did not get delivered and I was changed - I have emailed, instagrammed and spoken to customer service and nothing has changed!

I placed an order with them where they said that the restaurant would handle the order. The order wasn’t ever delivered and the only option on the app is to call the restaurant. The restaurant was closed and because I am in a foreign country it is hard to communicate with the restaurant. This is the second time this has happened to me. Rappi is more than happy to steal your money and give you no help. The first time this happened I went to the restaurant and had to get the items myself via UBER, which defeats the purpose of food delivery. IT COST ME MORE TO USE THEIR STUPID SERVICE BECAUSE OF THIS. The restaurant made up some crap about how they called me but I didn’t answer so they didn’t deliver it. The second time I got no answer because the restaurant was closed. Their restaurant partners have no accountability. This is on top of multiple orders where the food is missing that I reported and nothing is refunded. DON’T USE RAPPI, especially if you’re a foreigner. They will take your money with no recourse. I’m just glad I used a credit card so I can dispute the service not being performed.

Poor service

Poor service. They take your money without delivering your food. There is no guarantee you’ll get your food, nor will you get your money back

If you wanna talk to their service rep they’ll wipe you away.

Don’t trust them at all!!!!

I have failed to actually get more than…

I have failed to actually get more than 50% of the orders I have placed. There are no refunds, there is no accountability and the service is kindly put “fraudulent”

I would use Ifood but it struggles with US based bank cards.

Rappi wants you to eat BROKEN GLASS

Rappi is just about the worst company ever, certainly the worst food delivery company ever. I'll start by saying I use food delivery a fair amount. I know the food is gonna be late, and probably luke warm, my standards are not perfection, but I had a situation with Rappi where the driver must have had some accident on the way, and the glass drink I ordered got broken. The way it was packaged made that not immediately clear until I opened the package. At which point I noticed the issue, and the BROKEN GLASS in my food. Of course I try to contact Rappi, but there IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, only a chat bot, to who I explain the issue, and saying that I don't eat BROKEN GLASS. The bot offered me 50% refund in credits. Now I don't know if robots will eat 1/2 of food with BROKEN GLASS in it, but my general policy is to eat ZERO food if it contains BROKEN GLASS. Of course after the robot has made its decision, you get shut out from the help center, there is nothing else you can do, no one you can appeal to, so you're left there, at home, with some overpriced food you paid for, that RAPPI EXPECTS YOU TO EAT HALF OF EVEN THOUGH IT CONTAINS BROKEN GLASS.

And this was my worst experience with Rappi, but the others were pretty bad too. This was definitely my LAST experience with Rappi though.

I can only say, do not ever use Rappi. I am in Medellin Columbia, on vacation. I recommend never use Rappi services.Their site is not user friendly for foreign tourists. I was charged twice for the same order of groceries. Rappi would not help, only would communicate in Spanish, despite my request for someone who speaks english. My bank credit card refunded the monies to me for the second charge. I tried to give Rappi additional chances, once I was able to use this site for delivery of restaurant food, but the order was incorrect. Three other times, I tried unsuccessfully to order restaurant food via Rappi.The problems with Rappi were in December of 2022, and the first week of January, 2023. Do not use Rappi.

My card was charged for Rappi Plus, even though I NEVER signed up for this. When I tried to speak to customer support, which was almost impossible, I was transferred to somebody speaking Spanish!!! Not English!!! I told them the problem, and I was just ignored. They responded ONCE asking what my problem was, then ignored me

Elaborated scam

App gives me 600$ discount. I make an order. 1 hour passes, order marked as delivered, but nothing.

I contact CS. Their shi*ty bot refunds the money as credits (only option given). When I want to order the same food, it is more expensive. Guess by how much - yes, $600.

In other words they used an elaborate trick to make me load money in the app, and also wasted an hour of my time. Go fk yourselves.
