Just useless. Won't accept foreign cards, full of bugs, crashes when demand is high. Works then doesn't work. Won't delete accounts.

My order was handed over to somebody else without verifying my identity and they didn’t care about refunding the funds.
It's not support, but thieves
I'll skip a bit about the thing that this app has numerous bugs, and using it, especially on an iPhone, is quite unpleasant. However, their customer support is 'exceptional'. My courier didn't arrive at the specified address, resulting in the cancellation of my order. Despite this, I faced difficulties obtaining a refund. No one sent it to me, to be exact. So, overall, I would strongly advise against using this app.

No record of order, no delivery, had to re-order directly from the restaurant. I received a confirmation but you cannot contact them directly, NOR do they make any attempt to contact the customer even though they have been paid and have the telephone number.

After several orders that are incorrect or do not arrive, I am writing this review about, Rappi. Today I ordered an Italian sub from subway, and they sent me a bologna sandwich lol… so I contacted customer support, and sent them a photo when asked to do so. What was their response…? “We will do our best to improve your experience”
I’m even a “premium member” whatever that actually means. All I know is that this exact same thing has happened several times and me, the customer am held at fault for the obvious mistakes of their partner restaurants.
What makes this really bad is that they don’t even give you an opportunity to communicate with someone after they “reject” your claim.. it’s like, “no we don’t even care what happened, we gave you one chance and now we’re done with you” terrible UX, terrible company culture and horrible business model.
Rappi is the ABSOLUTE WORST food delivery app.

This company steals from innocent people! Multiple times now i have received incorrect orders and to sum it up rappi customer service says "its not our problem!" They do not refund or replace when they are in the wrong. Never will I use this service again! You lost me as a customer Rappi!
Worst customer service in Mexico
This company offers the worst customer service in Mexico. I ordered from the app, which was clearly not working. I received a message on the app after placing my order, which said "the restaurant is checking your order." I had never seen this message before: it always reads, "the restaurant is preparing your order." So, I cancelled. All of this took place within no more than 5 minutes. I was charged the full amount, and given no recompense whatsoever. I contacted customer support online about 12 times the same night. Nobody helped me. I kept receiving the same messages. They refused to put me in contact with a superior. I have deleted the Rappi app from my cell, and told every one of my friends to do the same. I am pleased that almost 100 former Rappi customers are now back using Uber Eats, where there are no problems.
Lack of customer support for problems!
Lack of customer support for problems. Pizza was cold, dry and inedible. It was reported and a photo sent. A credit was issued then later removed. On follow up, they had no information and wanted a new picture. Really ? It was not available 5 days later. I had an issue previously with Rappi not resolving an issue with a food order and canceled. I'd hoped their process had improved in a year. Obviously not! So, bye Rappi and your prime membership. Furthermore, I'll be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.
Do NOT use when hungry - Terrible customer service
This place is a joke! The driver never even arrived, didn't respond to any of my messages, and I had to wait two hours just to realize my food was never going to come. When I tried to use customer service, it was basically NONEXISTENT. The only option I had was to cancel the order. Then when I tried to go to the Help Center online, I had to download the app!!!!! I refuse. Someone either stole my food, or never arrived, but either way, Rappi dropped the ball on this and this isn't the first time. This is on your hands, Rappi.

Horrible service. The delivery person didn't refund items he didn't get and rappi still charged me for them. I sent them receipt and screenshot of the delivery person saying the item wasn't there and they still won't refund me!!!!??
Rappi just out of the blue suspended my…
Rappi just out of the blue suspended my acct with no explanation. When you push the help tab a virtual assistant comes on board and tells you that there is something wrong with your acct. It does not tell you what it is except rappi detected suspicious activity. I order my food via PayPal as I have always done. No issues with any of my orders and they can't even tell me what the suspicious activity is. Leave these guys alone they don't know what they are doing.
I never received an email explaining anything or nothing.

Lots of fake reviews on this page. (Just look, most of the profiles have only 1 review posted). Rappi is a great, simple and easy app in english. Service is fast. The people that deliver is friendly and polite. But; Rappi dont pay them enough. Its VERY important to tip the people that delivery (minimum 2000 cop) - since Rappi pay them like they are slaves.
