Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Nonexistent, actually. Rappi didn't give the courier my complete address so I never received my credit card. When I contacted Rappi they told me that I had to contact the delivery company.
They create a problem, but it was my responsibility to solve it. Terrible.
Crushed Pizza, didn't care
I ordered 2 pizzas from Jenos. The 2nd pizza Box had been crushed down into the melted cheese of the pizza inside. The cardboard had melted off and come apart infusing into the cheese. The pizza was inedible unless I wanted a whole lot of cardboard fiber running through my system. I notified rappi right away and included photos, and they refused to take any action. When I told them if I do not get a replacement pizza or a refund on the one pizza, I would just dispute the charge on my credit card. They then canceled my Rappi account.
Raining? High season? = No food
As soon as it rains or it's high season it's impossible to get food delivered. The app was fine in low season, but it turned into this.. Have now been waiting for my order 1,5 hours, what a f.... joke. Oh and the food has been ready for 1 hour, they just can't find a rappi because they're probably all waiting for the rain to stop (it has been raining for over 1 hour now), which is ridiculous.

Delivery People can not read a map
It seems that the people who deliver the food can not read a map and follow directions. I see them very often going the wrong way or going in circles when my house is not hard to find. So because of the delay my food is almost always cold and not fresh.

Rappi is the worst delivery app. Orders arrive incomplete and there is no customer service to turn to. When you file a complaint, a robot "resolves" it by ignoring it. It's impossible to talk to a human being. You will never get a refund for your incomplete order, even when the restaurant confirms your complaint. They steal your money.

It's a colombian lead app so set expectations low. Expect the app to be glitchy and crash, wrong products or lack of, poor support who could care less, and in some cases the rappi just steals the order. If you like to plan orders around your day, don't. 3 hours is the average grocery delivery. It's all kind of comical that a startup like this operates ass backwards. Maybe the rappi's are so bad because corporate is too cheap to pay them. Again it's all a leadership problem and the clients suffer. But hey, it's still better than InDriver :)

Rappi sucks! Nearly $150 was in my account and one day it disappeared. Rappi did nothing. For a billion dollar company their tech team and customer service.
Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever, they charged me a service fee when I'm a prime member and pay monthly to avoid service fees, so I wrote to customer service and she told me that it was a correct charge and it won't be changed. I then received the WRONG product and went to report it and customer service said my account was banned due to multiple refunds (I have received exaclty 0 refunds) they have now consistently sent me wrong products and I think they're telling restaurants to purposely mess up my order because I threatened to file a charge back on my prime cause of the service fee charges. As a result I actually have to file chargebacks with my bank cause it is the only way to get refunded! Pleasant when I order fettucine alfredo and they send me dry penne noodles with no sauce and some nasty mushrooms, or when I order a venti and they send me a grande.

F this company. App is garbage (shows products that don't exist at the store you choose), service is horrible, NEVER on time. My first experience with it basically ruined my day, waiting FOUR hours for a delivery that was promised within 40 minutes. Second time, as I had just come back from the store area, and they had a store much farther away with better deals, and it was getting dark, I tried it - first shopper almost finished and then disappeared, put the whole order back. W.T.F!!? Then second shopper started complaining about my order (again, W.T.F) because a couple products needed replacements, which I entered. Then 10 minutes before the store closed, she simply canceled the entire order, and I was still charged. F-ING RIDICULOUS.
Edit: I've requested to have my account deleted since this happened, following all the steps in the app to do this, and they are now sending emails refusing to delete it, and saying we should talk on the phone... ABSURD.

Been in Colombia for 3 years and coming from US, this is the worst costumer service I've experienced. i made a mistake like any human, and not only they could not help me to fix it, but they are charging me for a food that I couldn't even receive. These companies in South America are abusing their costumers all around.

We received our pizza cold and broken into pieces. The delivery guy probably dropped it. I reached out to the customer service, they never sent me a refund. It was our first order with rappi. The restaurant was nice enough to send us another pizza.

It is the worst application ever
It is the worst application ever! They made a charge on my card and never refunded me saying it was to validate it (which didn’t happen because my card was never validated but only charged). Every time I inquired they didn’t solved my issue and closed it. Recently I tried inquired about an order I didn’t place but I ended up paying just because the delivery guy would have had to pay for it and felt sorry for him. They don’t treat clients needs appropriately but also don’t offer decent working conditions to delivery people. A terrible app.
Their app is a joke
Their app is a joke. After moving from Mexico to Peru I couldn't see any of my past data anymore, no way to see my Rappi Prime membership and no way to cancel it. So of course I got charged for a payment renewal that I can't see in app nor can I cancel in app.
Now I'm trying to get my money back and cancel my phantom subscription.
