The hair and cap seem like good quality. The color, however, is horrible. Very, very orange. Disappointed because it looks nothing like the photos and doesn’t fit the color description.

I purchased my second wig from Raregen. I had been waiting for it to arrive then the post office said address and complete and they sent it back. Come to find out the place where it was shipped from here in the United States did not complete my address. Jen did not contact me about this after weeks of waiting. I contacted them and they said that it was their mistake and that they would be sending another wig from China. I waited a few weeks for that to come very disappointed with that situation but the wig is very nice.

Purchased Ayla wig but the cap was to big i ordered m instead of s and the colour did not work for me, i contacted them for return which in my view is always a test of how good a company is, they were very efficient and responded the same day sent me a pre paid label and i returned the wig they offered me a full refund or exchange i opted for exchange as i already had Dora and wanted a second one to change with , they sent her out the next day , the wig its self is beautiful and really good quality , i cant fault Rargen and would order again

Almost a 5 the root is a bit darker than I expected but overhaul nice colour, hair feels really nice and cap is a good fit. I haven’t worn it yet as I need to organise a trim as a bit long for me as I like a shorter length. Good response to questions I had so overall very pleased with my experience with Raregen and received within a week.

The support and service I’ve received from this company has been 2nd to none from giving me advice regarding colour and lengths and giving me advice on how to Care for the wig.

The product itself is outstanding beautiful colours, super soft hair and an innovative cap design That makes you feel that you’re not wearing anything at all.

I now have 2 wigs from raregen and they are both lovely quality. The customer service is second to none! After my first purchase went astray, Raregen replaced with no issues, their communication is excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a good quality very reasonably priced human hair wig.

Bought a Ravelle 16” as a birthday treat to myself, and oh my, it is so beautiful. Took it to a local wig shop to have the fringe cut she put a little bit of shaping on the sides and had a couple of inches off the length as well. Even the salon was impressed with the quality and she said she sees some terrible HH wigs people buy online.
It’s just how my hair used to be I want more in this colour it’s so natural. Thanks Raregen please do other styles in this colour.

I was afraid to order a wig on-line after having a bad experience with another company several years ago, but The Dora wig was so beautiful I had to try it. The sizing instructions were easy and the wig fit perfectly. It's my first real hair wig, I was amazed at how soft and natural it looked. And the packaging is wonderful, like a surpise present. I like it so much I bought another one!

The wig itself is very comfortable and realistic, doesn’t feel anything like a wig at all , however the only thing that let me down was the colour wasn’t as expected, there is also a delay with questions/problems as there is a time difference , I will however be ordering again from here as it’s the best wig I have worn so far

Great shipping & communication, beautiful packaging. The color was not as pictured, so I did have that changed and suited to my taste. Also had it cut into a shorter bob style. Beautiful wig, the hair is soft & natural, the cap is comfortable & works well with my wig cap.

Quick shipping. Wig is exactly as described and beautiful. I’ll be taking it to my beautician to add bangs and shorten a couple of inches.

I wish the lace had come pre-cut.
