Nice dress,
Good quality, fast delivery

Item not as described, the dress came damaged, when I went to return they informed me they want the item sent royal mail tracked (more expensive) only and they do not provide payment for this. Ridiculous! If you are going to send damaged items be prepared to pay for the return. Will not shop again

I believe the quality of this item is not as described. The fringe was very spotty, and not as full as it looks in the photos. The fringe had broken in a couple parts as well. I have not purchased anything from Rare London before, and I was very disappointed in the quality and the misrepresentation of the item.

Do NOT let the sizing fool you. A US 6 is not a true US 6. Couldn’t even get my body inside of the dress. Honestly I would have needed to go up 2, maybe 3 sizes. Don’t waste your time.

Love the dress but so many of the fringe pieces are snagged and broken

Very fast delivery and the quality of the dress was stunning!! Unfortunately I changed my mind so returned it, had acknowledgement of the return and a refund within a couple of days of returning it. Only down side is I had to pay £10 via Royal Mail to return it signed for to have the value covered had it been lost in the post.

Good quality product but had to return due to the fact I could barely walk in the garment and I had to pay for return-unsure if I would purchase again from RARE

Unfortunetly the quality of the garmet was not there. One of the straps was sewn in twisted, some of the fringe was coming off as I took it out of the bag. If you won't cover shipping cost for returning a product. In instances where quality control failed at least you should make sure that you are shipping a piece in excellent condition.

The top is beautiful, good material managed to get it at a discounted price.
Look forward to buying more stuff from them.

I bought a dress in May and it was “shipped” on the 28th of June and it’s August 21th I contact the mail company and they never received the item. Customer service insists that I have to contact the mail service but they are the ones that supposedly sent it. Never buying from them again

14 days to return items? Wow!! Now I’m stuck with £170 worth of dresses I don’t want!!! Consumer rights?

This dress is one of the most gorgeous dresses I've ever put on. I got so many compliments on the fit and style of it. Hoping I'll have another grand even I can wear it to!

I love my dress and it arrived very quickly!! I feel so confident wearing this dress!!

Does anyone know anyway to contact this company? I placed in order on 12th July, had an email saying it was out for delivery on 18th July and still nothing. I’ve messages on Facebook and on the website but still not contact. First time I’ve ordered from them and I have lost all hope over ever receiving my order. Bitterly disappointed and upset to have lost money.

The dress I received was beautiful. Very good quality. First time buying from this website, would definitely buy again. I think it was reasonably priced too.

The dress is gorgeous and so unique. Shipping to the US is a little pricey but the dress is well made & different than what I’ve seen at weddings I’ve gone to lately. Can’t wait to wear it!

I didnt receive a confirmation email once I made the order, I had to contact customer service to confirm my pre-order. Once the dress arrived it was torn and not in good condition. The return process was the worst, I had to arrange my own postage which I paid £6.99 + the £3.50 i had to pay for delivery so I wasted nearly £10 on postage. Wont be buying from there again

Rare London has a great Customer Service! Questions, Problems and other matters get answered really qiuckly and nicely. That made The whole order/ return process a lot more pleasent.

I ordered 3 dresses on 29th June and none have arrived. I have contacted customer services and no-one has come back to me despite chasing. Please be very cautious about ordering with this customer as I have waited nearly 4 weeks with no purchases arriving despite paying for 5-8 days postage. Not impressed with the lack of NO communication.
