The customer service has been exemplary. Thank you to Dave for sorting out my exchange and return and for being patient with a Nanny not used to the site. I know my grandsons love Rascal clothing too.

Great quality clothing!

Ok. Tracksuit comes up pretty small. Arrived with lots of cotton hanging where poorly finished. Unsure how it passed quality control.
Not washed it yet as unworn

Very nice, a little expensive for children, we will buy less often.🤭

Staff have been quick to respond any time i reached out! When i was hoping the new collection released for my wee dudes birthday they made me laugh with the reply! Ordered the grey tracksuit and white t-shirt, love it, better in person as pictures dont do enough justice. Wash great aswell.

Great selection of items! My son loves the Rascal ranges and we have so many items now he is like a walking brand representative! Great quality products and hard wearing. Could we request some brighter colours in the next collection though !!!

I had a good experience with Canadian site but not usa.

Bought clothes from the Canadian site. Great quality all is well. Decided to get new pair of pants but my size was sold out. Went to usa branch to pick some up. Paid 100 cad for a pair of pants, it came pants had a defective seam. It was ripped. Messages customer service who said they can offer free shipping on another product vs any exchange. Tbh I won't order again, at least not from usa site.

Really responsive when I made an enquiry over the Christmas period and super helpful. All clothing I have bought has been excellent quality.

My grandson couldn't wait to get his combat trousers on when they arrived. The material is lovely and he looked very smart. Delivery was fast . Thank you one happy grandson

My Mother In-Law ordered a sweatshirt and sweatpants for my son for xmas on Dec 6th with 5-7 days shipping. It now 15 days later and the shipment is stuck in Jamaica and Rascal is not offering any solution. These items ship from Poland and best of luck seeing if they get through Customs and actually arrive to you.

Our experience with Rascal clothing has been really excellent apart from the shortage of stock available due to high demand from customers.
Dave and collegues however have tried their very best to help and even supplied a hat and scarf for my grandson which I know he will love to find in his Christmas stocking. Will definately order goods from this company again.

Dave from Rascal Customer Services has saved Christmas! My daughter’s only wish from Father Christmas this year was some clothes from Rascal Clothing. Unfortunately Father Christmas was a bit slow off the mark and was devastated to see all the correct sizes had sold out. A message to Rascal Clothing and Dave replied and had managed to help me find something we could give her. I really can’t thank Dave and the team enough for their compassion and speed in helping me sort this problem, they really have saved Christmas!
Parcel has been delivered today and the quality is amazing. Very very happy, almost as happy as I know my daughter will be when she opens on Christmas Day!
