Order came promptly

I ordered two dresses on this site and received them about a month later. The dresses looked very cheap and I wanted to return them with their no hassle return policy. I was refused a return authorization because they claimed I got what I ordered. This company is a scam. I should have read the reviews first.

Very happy with product and shipping time. However, sizing runs small.

Seamless order processing from start to delivery. Returned one item that was unsuitable without any difficulty. Customer service in this regard was excellent.

Rasney products ARE NOT Made in the US. I ordered 4 dresses based on reviews for this company. They took a month to arrive and are all of poor quality. I tried to return two because they didn’t fit. I was offered a fraction of the price back and said I could keep them. They don’t fit so why would I want to keep them!! They offered a little more money, which was still less than half I paid. I was told that if I want to return them I’d have to pay shipping to Dubai. Big mistake buying from Rasney! They also operate under at least one other name.

Promptness of delivery and color and design of dress

I am a repeat customer. I love my dresses. Just as pictured and packaged nicely. The sz small fit perfectly 5"4/130lbs. Can't wait to wear them!

The dresses arrived very timely. They were beautiful and fit well. This is the third time I have ordered from Rasney and each time is better than the time before.

Originally, I don’t know why this order took so so long!! I would’ve rather it be sent, and if something was on back order, that could send secondly and separately. I thought I was not going to receive it. Then I had to contact the company and then it was sent out and then I received it shortly after.

Generally very happy with Rasney. I've ordered a LOT of things from them, and my wife has always loved them and has been surprised by the good fitting. I recently bought a blouse and dress for her, but the blouse didn't fit, and I found nothing about how to return it. I emailed the company but haven't heard back yet (it's been a few days).

The sizing is perfect so use their size charts. Love the fabric. It’s super soft and well made. Can’t wait to wear it at the lake!!

I was happy with the speed in getting my order.
The dress itself is rather a thin material. It is cute but extremely thin, especially for this price.
I wish I had ordered a bigger size but it fits and hopefully won’t shrink.

The ordering is easy , I have no issues with the sizing and the delivery is timely.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent 100 on two tops, they arrived looked nothing like the pictures. When I asked for a refund they offered 14$

Ordered 3 dresses, 2 on the small side so will need to return to get a larger side but one fit like a glove, great quality. Pleased with my order
