The online quote was substantially lower than quoted on the phone. Reason was unknown, he said he's never seen this happen before. Went through quote and I told them I needed to think about it. Tried to push me to commit and wouldn't accept I needed time to think so I hung up instead of arguing with him.

I went to the site because it advertised for a certain type of insurance. Not only do they not carry product I was looking for, but the product quoted was 3 times higher than what I currently pay. The only reason I went as high as a 3 star is because they were polite and professional.
