Buyer beware

I ordered tickets for the king and country concert in Nashville for our girls for Christmas. We ordered the tickets in May to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues. We traveled from Florida for the weekend and did not receive our tickets by the date we were supposed to. I called numerous times leading up to the concert and was repeatedly told I would receive the tickets in time for the show. Two hours before the show I was told the tickets were never delivered and I would have to settle for a refund. Difficult to tell that to two two girls when you are standing in-front of the venue. Won’t be using them again!

Bogus site

Bogus site. Paid and payment w as immediately charged even though their own website states pending charges until you get electronic tickets. Paid in July and it’s now October with nothing from them. Not even seat numbers. Says legally obligated to deliver the day before the game. Making that November 20th

Still finding legal ways to wiggle out of sending the tickets. what if I am at the stadium office and still nothing? then I can't even go in. webiste said
"100% guaranteed satisfaction" which is a lie

They maintain charges for fraudulent activity

Order #36555257
A fraudster with an active account under the name '-' is using the platforms Rateyourseats.com (merchant) and Ticketmaster.com (fulfilment) to try to get paid for tickets which are not in their possession. I never received my tickets and I didn't have any means of entry that the stadium staff would accept. The seller's ID is shown as '-' and has not provided any means of contact.
This incident violates not only their 100% Buyer Guarantee on Rateyourseats.com "tickets will be delivered on-time and they will be valid and authentic - or your money back” but also the consumer protection laws currently in effect.
More than a month and several long communications later, the merchant refuses to issue a refund, and even refuses to deal with the matter while the charges are disputed with my credit card company.

Disgusted by my experience

I purchased 4 tickets from rateyourseats.com on Sept. 12th. Order # 29566694. The tickets were to attend The Chainsmokers concert in New Orleans with my family. I emailed the company a few weeks ago after a horrible experience with another ticket distributor to make sure they would be delivered in a timely manner. They assured me the tickets would be delivered by Oct. 26th and said they are covered by a guarantee. Well was that a load of crap! The tickets were not delivered on time. I had to email them again to request my tickets. I finally received them in my email. I followed all directions stated in the email and downloaded them. So here it is Oct. 29th and I have 2 excited children ready to see a concert. My boyfriend left work early and we drove 2 hours in a horrible storm for a fun filled night. Nope! Night turn out to be the worst! We pay outrages fees to park. Run through the rain. We finally get to the gate and our tickets scan INVALID!! We had 3 ladies with 3 different scanners try and ALL SCAN INVALID!! The email says call the 800 number for any issues at the venue. Took damn near 30 minutes to get anyone on the phone. They transfer you to this one and that one. Shows already started. Takes them another 30 minutes to finally tell me they can't do anything and will open an investigation. I also may or may not get a refund and it could all take up to 6 to 8 weeks. Don't get me started on the crap live chat they also have. So now I have 2 disappointed children driving back home and my heart is just broken for them. Save yourself the headache!! Don't use this disgraceful company!!
