Parking NOT Included: The ticket description was incorrect
There was one extremely important detail incorrect in the ticket description: VIP parking was NOT included with the VIP tickets. If VIP parking wasn't included, it should have been clearly stated. All tickets were supposed to include parking, so I assumed VIP tickets would too. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our VIP tickets did not cover VIP parking. We waited in the car for a long time before learning this. When I tried to purchase parking tickets online, they were sold out. We had to find an alternative way to get into the event, wasting over an hour and causing us to miss part of the event.

The ticket included entrance in the VIp club.. but did not state the food would still be a cost!!! Not cool at all to pay the money I paid and still have to pay for food and beverages. I could have paid for a less expensive seat .. and went to a nice dinner before the concert. The only food was hot dogs and hamburgers.. I thought the VIP would have better food. Even at a cost. Dissatisfied!!!!

Great Seats, Great Price, Easy Ticket Transfer
We have used Rate Your Seats for 7 games across the states this current season. We had a bit of a concern on the first transaction as I hadn't heard of them... it was unfounded as they were very professional and my tickets were delivered two weeks prior to the game.
I will use Rate Your Seats for all of my game purchases.

I got a great idea of what the view from our seats would be through this site. This helped me when deciding where to sit at the event.
Although there was an obstruction blocking a bit of our view, this was noted on the site and confirmed that it didn't negatively impact the experience.

Did not realized I was not buying my tickets directly from the company's website. I clicked on their website to purchase. My event is 8/9 and I was told via email tickets wouldn't be sent until a few days prior to the event. My nerves are on edge and I pray I wasn't scammed and out of money.
