Late tickets (no tickets) and poor customer service
I ordered tickets well in advance of my event and they were not delivered on time. I called the day before and was told the seller has until midnight the day of the event to get the tickets to me and still no tickets. There was no sense of urgency and no option to cancel the sell, but I bought tickets elsewhere and will need a refund on these because we are driving for hours to get to the event in the morning. This is not a reliable company and they have poor customer service. Next time I wlll not rely on rateyourseat nor would be I recommend them to others.

Quick, clear, effortless booking
It was super easy to browse available tickets and see what I liked. I was able to filter by price, and it was nice to see the views from different sections. Ticket delivery was seamless and instant, and went smoother than some other websites I’ve tried before. Will use again!

The Purchase had a 25%+ in fees/upcharges that I did not see, nor was my purchase itemized to identify what those charges were. No response to my email, and when I get sales sevice person online chat, I am told they cannot help me with anything, "all sales are final", and "the coupon you received 15min PRIOR to the sale confirmation is only good on your NEXT order..." So, avoid surprises and buy your tickets elsewhere...

Best ticketing website out there!
This was my first time using this website and I must say, it was fantastic! It was very user friendly, and the pictures from individual seats made choosing my tickets a breeze. They even give you specific details about blocked views so you know what to expect. Best of all, my tickets were delivered instantly and completely pain free. All of this made my experience top notch, and I will be sure to use them again for all of my ticketing needs!

Never got email to tell directions how to get ticket, tried using chat live but that would not work, then I had to call. Customer serve was helpful and did the job, but I should not have had to call. Should of just got the email to download the app and verify email.

This was a great experience
This was a great experience, Especially if you are older like me. Wonderful and the seating was even made easy for us to do our calculations according to the stage. One of my sisters, her husband, and another couple, live in Missouri and they went to The " Hollywood" something there in St. Louis and also had a blast Highly recommended we go here.
