I HAVE RECEIVED A 2 IN 1 TREADMILL ITS FAULTY IT DOESNT WORK........£199.99 IVE EMAILED THE RANGE AND BEEN IN THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW IVE EMAILED RATTRIX THEY WANT A VIDEO OF IT NOT WORKING IVE PAID WITH KLAMA AND CANT CANCEL IT IVE BEEN ADVISED I HAVE TO PAY £75 TO SEND IT BACK.... 4 DAYS LATER STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO SORT IT.. ABSALUTLEY DISGUSTED. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS

Not as bad as the other reviews were!

After reading many awful reviews about this company, when my order of garden furniture was 2 days late I was worried. I emailed the after sales and the reply I got (a day later) assured me that I would get my order in 1-2 more working days. In the end I received my order that day. I decided to put it together and use it at least once before I gave my review. The instructions were adequate and the furniture is exactly what I expected. So I am giving 4 stars. I deducted one star for the late delivery and the speed in which their after sales replied to but all in all I was quite happy in the end.

Excellent service

Ordered 4 barstools from the range which were supplied by this company. 1 was damaged on arrival so was told to report to rattrix. They responded to e-mails quickly and sent out replacement parts within a week. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I cannot give this company 0 stars so…

I cannot give this company 0 stars so had to give 1. Ordered a treadmill from The Range and it was delivered fine. I had the machine under 6 months and it stopped working correctly and became unusable. Spoke to The Range about a replacement as still under warranty and they put me in touch with this company. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service. They have no contact number so you have to send an email, they don't respond to the email you send until about 24 hours later. Every email I sent I received a reply 24 hours later and at first they just kept telling me how to set the belt on the email. Jow can I set a belt when the treadmill wasn't even running correctly and the noise from it was horrendous! I phoned The Range and told them if they thought they were trying to get out of this by nearing the warranty dare, they had another thing coming! Eventually after 2 weeks I received a replacement, but I would never buy online from them again. Very, very poor. The Range need to find another company to deal with their after sales.

would have gave zero stars if I could

would have gave zero stars if I could. thought I was getting a deal through wowcher and wish I paid that little bit extra and ordered elsewhere. wish I had read these reviews beforehand also. so I placed an order on 21st May 2023 and it says delivery on or before 30th May 2023, yes today isn't over but I have zero confidence after reading these reviews that it will turn up! I have tried to get through to wowcher but its just a stupid robot what good is that. and this company only has email to which I am waiting for a response from. if my item doesn't turn up today I want a full refund in a timely manner so I can take my custom elsewhere. this is an absolute joke and should have realised too good to be true. a reputable place who cares for customers would have a contact number to resolve customers queries clearly these only care for one thing money, and ripping people off

Sliced my hand on broken table top glass

Hi - I have no words… I ordered the Rattan Effect Garden Furniture set from Groupon and I was then passed from pillar to post by their customer care team. I then Google to find your company who were very quick at responding, however, due to the failed delivery attempts by Yodel I went and collected the item from the depot and transported it home to find out all the glass had shattered and was falling out of a sealed box and sliced my hand open. There was no label on the box to say handle with care, so I can only imagine how this box was thrown about by the courier service.

I’ve asked Rattix to arrange collection let see how long it takes.

Missing item's / Terrible service

TERRIBLE SERVICE - Ordered Rattan furniture at the range not realizing it comes from a 3rd part company.

When I received my order part of it was missing - Went to the range, who advised i had to contact their customer service on line, done that, waited few days to be told i had to contact Rattrix, they did come back to me quite quick to advise they would dispatch the missing items - The parcel has since arrived but they have sent the completely wrong item. I have paid alot of money for the garden furniture and im being passed from pillar to post - no number to call to discuss - This is a massive inconvenience to me and i just want a full refund - You can come and collect the mix match of items you've sent --

They are a scam Ordered a 4 piece rattan set from wowcher and it says delivered but nothing arrived. And another person also saying same thing, can't get hold of wowcher can't get hold of Rattrix DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM

Poor customer service

AVOID SCAMMERS

Terrible company ordered from The Range plus not realising came from Rattrix to within a few weeks a faulty treadmill. Luckily I pay through papal so I’m covered was able to get my full refund back, after weeks of dealing a dispute with Rattrix and the Range. Poor customer service go back on word and they couldn’t care less they lie make sure pay through a company that will cover you and have everything in writing. Overall I’d avoid if want to be out of pocket left with a faulty rubbish item

Absolutely shocking I decided not to…

Absolutely shocking I decided not to buy from an eBay seller and go with a trusted name . However I cancelled my order before it was delivered they then delivered my order and took my money so I refused the order from the DX company who told me I could not do that and he dumped a heave treadmill in my porch that I now cannot move as too heavy ! Rang them and they told me it was this other silly company I had to go through and it’s been 3 days and still trying to arrange collection . They just keep asking me if I want to send it back ! Told them yes three times however I have to spend £75 to bloody return and item I cancelled in the first place !

Shockingly bad quality and customer service

Bought a rattan furniture set that is defective in so many ways it cannot be sat on. Screw holes filled with metal and staples, actual rattan peeling away, cushion covers also with threads unravelling. This was from a 'trusted' partner so the range refused to help with return and refund. Unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase, that the trusted partner was rattrix. If I have know I would not have bought the item based on current reviews.

I was offered a £35 refund on an unusable and defective item that cost £220. I contacted the range in the hope they would help. The response I received was that this was an acceptable resolution from the third party and that they would be closing the ticket. I'll be avoiding both the range and Rattrix from now on. Customer service at its worst. I have requested a full refund upon return which has been ignored on four separate occasions via email and Rattrix is now insisting on a replacement. The quality of the furniture is shocking and is in no way worth the £220 being charged.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Wrong item delivered on 6th may, supposed to be collected yesterday and they cancelled the courier. Grey keep asking me to keep the wrong items! £400 out of pocket. The Range wont accept any responsibility and are even worse, even though my order was with them.

Dangerous faulty products unsafe you can get injured don’t even think about this company …

I brought gaming chair through Wowcher of this company it look ok but the back support it snapped without any reason and the chair leaned backwards Within 2-3 weeks I approached Wowcher and they had nothing to do with as they stated as that was still in the guarantee period and when I compared that chair with other in my house I realised the holding screw was only one as compared to 4 with a metal plate in other chir I had . So wanted full refund as faulty and dangerous good they are selling which can damage and injure somebody ( they wanted to send replacement snapped bar free of charge!!) any way they asked me to send the chair back and no refund You can not contact them any way except e mail . I don’t think I will get my money back but I am concerned if they sell same chair or similar product it is very dangerous. Also I am not happy about Wowcher they advertise any company on their in line platform but don’t take any action for consumers Id this company is based in China we can’t use law against them but they are selling very dangerous goods to us I am not sure how can we stop this

W2966045 order number

W2966045 order number - I ordered a garden furniture set at the end of February from The Range and I’ve been waiting for it to be delivered. Still no sign of it/email dispatch etc so I phoned them a couple of days ago and asked what was going on. The woman told me that the furniture they sell that they advertise them on behalf of third party sellers (doesn’t mention that anywhere when ordering) so I asked to cancel the order, can’t do that as it’s not them I’ve bought it from apparently. They gave me the contact details for the other company - only way to contact them is through email and the other company are basically saying we haven’t got it don’t know what you’re talking about.So both the range and rattrix are saying they can’t help me and I’m down £169.99. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Bad customer service

Same as many others it seems, ordered a mattress and it was the wrong size , i ordered a small double and was sent a double. All i asked for is to return the item and swap it for the correct size. The customer service has been none existent and nobody seems to want to help.

Bad Customer Service

I purchased an office chair from Rattrix through The Range. It broke as someone was sat on it after 2 months of purchase and caused injury. When asking for a refund due to leg snapping off (unreapairable). I was told they would only give a partial refund and did not seem to care that it caused injury. Refused to let me speak to a Manager.
