Faulty Gaming Chair

I was bought a new gaming chair from this company via Wowcher and the chair itself is fault. It keeps dropping down so there is clearly something wrong with the hydraulics.
I have since emailed the company but have not received any response... and looking at the same default responses that others have received from this company, i dont expect to eventually receive anything dissimilar!
Do not buy from this company and make sure you research your Wowcher purchases before doing so!

Treadmill

I bought a treadmill from this company in September 2020, I have had nothing but trouble with it and have complained on numerous occasions, but have not got a satisfied answer back, they just state it's out of warranty and that's that. I emailed them again yesterday as the welding failed on one of the corners due to this it had dropped a little which in turn the motor burnt through the plastic, emailed them to let me know and to come to some agreement as to get a replacement or refund, they came back with they don't do this and said that I shouldn't have been using the treadmill on the carpet ( think they got this through the photos I sent as it was sat on carpet), I emailed back to let them know that I don't use it on the carpet and that I never mentioned that in my email, told them that I was taking this further and that I wished I'd have taken heed of the reviews because I wouldn't have wasted my money with this company.

Incomplete order for 9 piece Rattan…

Incomplete order for 9 piece Rattan cube. Only 2 boxes delivered. Missing the 3rd box with the table in. How can you leave that out?

Edit: received the table, but with the wrong fittings so still unable to put it together!

If I could give them a no rating I…

If I could give them a no rating I would.

Ordered a treadmill from wowcher, arrived but just too slow for me so want to return for a refund. Have emailed and no response. Weeks later, still nothing. So have emailed again and will taking the matter further to claim my money back through the civil courts if they don’t respond.

Useless!!

Update - so after them replying with this very positive ‘email us and we will sort it for you’ email, they do not respond to ANY emails. The replies they send on here are done to passify any future customers, so they look like they are active. DO NOT BE FOOLED, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Incomplete order.

I would give them 0 stars. Ordered a corner modular sofa from Rattrix through Wowcher. Order came in 2 boxes. We are missing the base of the seat, the entire table and part of the corner sofa. Emailed Rattrix but no reply. Absolutely shocking. I will continue to email however if they do not reply by end of month I will seek legal action. AVOID at ALL costs. Last time I will ever use Wowcher.

Well worth the money

Ordered a four-piece Rattan garden set including cushions. It arrived within 5 working days in one box with all pieces and fittings. It took 30 minutes to assemble and looks great.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

I purchased an 8 seater rattan outdoor furniture set from Rattrix using Wowcher to get what seemed to be a great deal (half price but still £500) only to find that the quality is poor (certainly not worth £500 and definitely not worth the £1,000 original price!) and I’ve still not received the last of the delivery to complete the set! What I have received looks like it is for children - super low seats, and stools that are as close to the ground as the ground itself...

I had thought that I had written to their customer service email address twice with no response. The first asking for full delivery, and the second asking for a return and refund... As it turns out, they had replied, however the response was tucked into a Spam folder that I never check. They are now in the process of coordinating a return and refund for me.

An updated review will be provided once I have successfully returned the goods and been refunded to advise of process.

Missing delivery items

I ordered a polyrattan garden furniture and was pleasantly surprised to get confirmation that delivery was going to be made. Too good to be true that it would all go smoothly.

Yesterday Hermes delivered one box which definitely did not contain all the components. I’m missing at least two other boxes.

I have emailed after sales and Wowcher about this problem. After seeing other reviews giving the same issue makes me wonder what kind of scam this company is up to. How can Wowcher keep selling products from a company with such poor customer service.

I should have learnt my lesson last year when purchasing goods from Wowcher and having a similar problem with delivery and not getting answers.

Absolute shocking ethics

Ordered a A modular corner polyrattan…

Ordered a A modular corner polyrattan sofa from via WOWCHER. Emailed them to get a delivery date to make arrangements to accept delivery but did not receive a reply Received an email from the courier company that the delivery was due to turn up on the 2nd April. Mid morning on the 1st was advised by courier company that the goods were being delivered on that day!! - made arrangements for someone to take in the delivery - delivery arrived but only 1 box arrived - i am missing a further 2 boxes at least I think - label on the box states 1 of 1 however so doubt the others were ever shipped - just an email address to make contact - really disappointed - I have emailed them but based on the reviews below I am not hopeful of getting a response. Hoping I get a response from them via this review otherwise I will be looking for a refund via the chargeback scheme via my credit card.

Ordered the 5 seater corner rattan sofa…

Ordered the 5 seater corner rattan sofa from Wowcher ready for bankhooday weekend. A box is missing and so we can’t assemble the furniture. Missing a number of main chair leaves and a cushion.

No telephone number and no response to my email......!!! Will likely have to return and pray for a refund. Wowcher should check out their sellers before advertising!!!

Disappointed.

Shocking After sales. No responses

Bought a cat scratcher via Wowcher. Confirmed the style I wanted and I have been sent nothing like the order I placed. I have sent various emails and heard absolutely nothing. No wonder they have no telephone contact!!!

Missing items

I bought a 4 piece polyratten garden furniture set, not enough black thread screws to put the chairs together. I have sent several emails to aftersales, to ask the company to send a pack out to me, I finally got a reply on here. I was offered £10.00 refund to my paypal account as they did not have the screws in stock. I have not received that offer; I was told in an email that they could not find me on paypal yet I paid the company via paypal!!

Not Recommended

Ordered modular corner polyrattan sofa from Rattrix through Wowcher, it arrived pretty quickly but only 2 boxes and after going through the instructions etc we worked out that 1 box was missing. Wowcher said I had to email Rattrix direct which I did on 6th March and then twice more, not had even one reply. Eventually a 3rd box appeared on our doorstep HURRAH we thought but NO, the fixings for the chair weren't in there so I messaged Rattrix on 16th March to ask for the fittings, and again on 24th March and guess what STILL NO REPLY. We have ordered some fixings online as we cant use the chair without them so at an extra cost to us. I do not recommend this company, their customer sales department is non existent.

the voucher confirmed at end of Feb and almost a month later when chasing the delivery first I get one excuse that the order was lost and when I asked for a replacement, they then said we don't delivery to your area ( Ireland). Complete waste of time and money

Fingers, toes and everything crossed.....

I've read some of the many unhappy reviews on here and am sorry that not everyone has had the same experience. That said, it's early days and I've got everything crossed that the treadmill doesn't develop a fault. As it stands, I have to give 5 stars as I've had a faultless experience.

NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Avoid at all times!!! This Company sells their "goods" on WOWCHER, we bought a treadmill unluckily from them, which was £300. Bought it for my daughter, who has CP and needs to exercise every single day. The box came damaged and threadmill itself had wholes in it, which means that it was faulty. Contacted them straight away, no reply. After 2 weeks passed , we tried to use it, as it was way too long without exercise for her. Since she was on it 5 minutes, it started to melt and caused smokey smell and my child nearly burned on it!!! Ridiculous to sell these goods!! Now it's been almost 5 weeks since our purchase, the threadmill still hasn't been replaced. i can't count how many times i have been contacting them, response is very slow. They have now finally ordered the cheapest courier (Hermes), who has collected it , but my child is still 5 weeks without a treadmill and they are not in rush to send a new one to me, even if it wasn't my fault from day 1. So please save your nerves - NEVER BUY from them.
