I ordered a product that was damaged and contacted Raddix and they replied within the day. They offered a replacement no questions asked. Replacement came within days. Very happy with their customer service.

A terrible unsafe piece of kit, do not buy
Bought a spin bike from this lot less than 3 months ago.
When the machine arrived it was not in full working order. I had 2 wait 10 days for the replacement part to arrive.
Within 2 weeks the seat post had broken and the bike became unusable. Another part was shipped to me and again I had to wait 10 days for the part to arrive.
Since the new part arrived I have been able to use the bike for a total of 7hrs and 50mins before the same part broke again rendering the machine useless.
Since purchasing this bike I have been able to use the bike for a total of 8 hrs and 30mins.
After having the bike for less than 3 months and having 3 issues rendering it unusable they are refusing to issue a refund.

Ordered some rattan furniture
Ordered some rattan furniture, no details of delivery date or time...... waited 6 weeks and luckily I was home when delivered
First issue was came in 2 boxes, 2nd box arrived 5 days later. When it arrived there were no instructions or fixings to put it together..... despite numerous emails I am still waiting for these to be sent, all I get is apologies and being fobbed off being told they’re being sent.... 6 weeks I have now been waiting...... would never use this company again ....... appalling service!
