I booked through booking com

I booked through booking com

I called booking com phone number and the customer service picked and responded as a booking.com staff now they also use ravesfares to divert customers requests. This person under instruction of what to do charged a cancellation fee to cancel the booking, sent email through raves fares email account charged my card and has since not picked call. Both the reservation at 916 shepherd street NW Washington DZc and the booking com/ ravesfares are dubious

Total Scam

Total Scam! I purchased a roundtrip ticket, this was good, but after the purchase ravefare.com informed me that after the ticket was submitted the price increased and I would now have to choke up another 100 to keep the ticket. The price was still good so I wanted to keep the ticket. Here is the scam: I had to give the debit card number over the phone. The next month someone used the card to make a 3000 dollar Capital One card payment. I also found a $183.00 walmart.com purchase this morning. This card belongs to a small ministry and is rarely ever used. I know this is where it came from. Rather it was the person I spoke with and gave the number to, or it is just a total scam site that I cannot say. However, looking back on the statement I just noticed the original ticket was submitted to the bank by American Airlines, while the other 100 went to rave.com. I thought at the time this was odd now I know it was not AA that upped the price but ravefare scamming the extra 100 from me. They don't even deserve 1 star.

Scammers

This company rented us a car through Cheapdealsfare.com. After we cancelled our trip, we realized that all companies associated with Cheapdealsfare are scams. We were told that we would be refunded the car rental price less $100 cancellation fee. (We cancelled the same day the reservation was made.) I have been promised repeatedly that I would receive a refund. This was a lot of money to lose for two retired people.

There was no option for a no star

There was no option for a no star. RaveFare is a SCAM. I bought a round trip and had to call everyday for confirmation to flight. I finally got it the night before but instead of a round trip, it was one way. When I got to the airport they had apparently made changes to the name on the ticket. I had to book my ticket on spot at the airport. I requested a refund and it’s been over a month and no refund. Phone number I used to call is no longer being answered. I found a different number on their website which they answered and send they sent refund. When I called my bank to inquire my bank told me no refund was initiated and that they tried billing my card twice and it was declined because I had a block on it. I have used third party before but never had a problem. Lesson learned though. Do not Trust them. I still want back my money. When I looked at my card statement the money went to an account associated with Fly One World Travel.
