Ordered a my 'first train set' from this company, what I received was a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle! Have tried umpteen times to contact them via customer services, email and Facebook to no avail so have now just returned the item requesting a refund for the cost of the train set, also in the box was the delivery note for the person the puzzle was obviously intended for including their personal details so a GDPR breach has occurred here, if I do not receive a correct refund I shall be reporting them to trading standards, I would not recommend this company at all! Oh and the irony is I bought an exact replacement train set cheaper from elsewhere 🙄

I received a Ravensburger puzzle from my sister. I am currently working on it. It is a beautiful and difficult puzzle, which I like, but the fit of the pieces is extremely loose. Not precision cut at all. Sometimes it's hard to tell if the piece is in the right place! I won't be buying any Ravensburger puzzles in the future. Too bad.

I bought a brand new Castle Collection puzzle still in its cellophane - on completion of the puzzle 1 piece was missing. I notice from reviews this is not unusual. I had bought the puzzle brand new from eBay. Originally purchased from Amazon. Ravensburger will not deal with a complaint because the brand new item was bought from eBay. I was offered puzzle card but when requesting the puzzle card I am now ignored by Ravensburger Customer Services in the UK. Most disappointing. I had previously thought that Ravensburger was a reliable company but on looking at the reviews missing pieces from a puzzle is not unusual.

I bought tiptoi stift at Lidle 4 months ago and now it doesn't work any more. I don't have invoice so I can't return it any more. Too expencive and bad quality.
My kids really enjoy tiptoi, I have four of their products but without tiptoi stift they are useless.

Ordered a custom puzzle turned out to be terrible quality. Support did not respond for 3 weeks at this point. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Very disappointing. I tried to order a personalised puzzle, I uploaded the photo, paid the order, but then I never received a confirmation. After 10 days (the delivery time) my money got refunded. I thought I must have made a mistake, so I tried again, same story. I contacted their customer service, they took a few days to answer, and they told me that I haven't finished the process, I should have clicked something after paying. So back to the computer, doing the whole process again, but their website is just faulty. The last screen is not clickable, even after payment. So in the end, the birthday the puzzle was for is weeks ago, and I guess I'll have to find another company now to order a personalised puzzle.

Was nervous about ordering from them based on the poor reviews. received a faulty product (left flipper sticks on pinball machine). returned using provided form and postage label but no contact or refund from them 3 weeks later, tried an email follow up, but after 4-5 days just went with a PayPal claim and boom problem solved.

4998 piece puzzle - how disappointing. Don't take too long to make it, the guarantee runs out after 6 months.
Ravensburger washed their hands about the 2 missing pieces; I will buy Gibson puzzles in future.

I had a problem with my puzzle. 64 pieces were missing so I contacted the company. They were very efficient and helpful. After a couple of emails they despached a new jigsaw to me with apologies for my trouble. Obviously something had gone wrong for 64 pieces to be missing but they replaced my jigsaw immediately and I regard their after care service as being excellent.

I ordered and paid for a personalised memory game for my brothers’ special birthday early in June 2022. The gift has still not arrived and despite many emails to the company I have still not been refunded or received any notification of the new replacement order which they promised. So, I remain waiting on empty promises for what should have been a lovely surprise birthday gift. Maybe Ravensburger will respond in time for Christmas!
