Very helpful and patient

Been with the Croydon branch of Rawlings for over 30 years and have seen the same optometrist for the majority of this time.
Always easy to get an appointment and I always feel welcomed and well cared for.

I have always found the staff very helpful, polite and indeed very approachable.
No hidden costs, I have full trust in the advices given. Their driving principle I believe is safeguarding their customers best interests.

I have no reason to hesitate to recommend Rawling Opticians for those looking for an honest and clear guidance.

I wish Rawlings more successes and hope more branches are established for the benefits of more customers.

I booked an appointment with Rawlings opticians to sort my ear out, booked the appointment through the website, really easy and straightforward, I had a follow up call, really helpful and friendly member of staff, at my appointment,the member of staff was very professional and friendly,talked me through the process and made sure I was ok through the process. I would recommend this opticians, great service they offered

Not the cheapest optician but certainly one of the best I have used. I have now been a regular for the last few years and intend to continue to do so.

Having always placed absolute trust in Rawlings Opticians in Alresford I had no hesitation in having a hearing test there.I have been really pleased with the hearing aids recommended and supplied by Rawlings.Recently there was a small problem with one of them but I was able to get a very speedy appointment and saw Ryan.He was so pleasant knowledgeable, and reassuring and I left with all of my concerns addressed.From my personal experience with Rawlings in Alresford,both for eye care and hearing care,I cannot recommend them too highly.

My experience was great because I had muffled hearing when I went in to have my ears micro-suctioned and I came out with all the wax gone and with hearing restored. I haven't always had great experiences with micro-suction so thought I would go to Rawlings for ears for the first time, as they look after my eyes so well. I wasn't disappointed. Thank you

Staff are very professional, and friendly

I visited the Croydon branch on 12th March for my routine scans, eye examination and sight test, and to choose two new pairs of glasses. I've been going to this store for a couple of years, and highly recommend them. My optometrist Francesca was very thorough, friendly and answered all my questions. The various staff who helped me choose and order glasses were all friendly and helpful (I'm sorry I didn't remember your names). I find it a real challenge to find frames that comfortably fit my wide face, so I was there for ages trying on various frames and getting them comprehensively adjusted multiple times until we had two suitable pairs. One will be my first pair of varifocals and I was very grateful for all the explanations about the lenses and tips on getting used to them. Overall a great customer experience, thank you.

Easy to make an appointment on line, then reminded in good time - ( my dentist reminds me late on the afternoon before my appointment- what help is that ?)
Staff friendly and efficient- not pushy about frames- I highly recommend.

I’ve been attending Rawlings for many years originally in Winchester and now in Stockbridge and have always had confidence in the level of service provided. On my recent visits Katie was very thorough in testing my eyes and following through an issue after recent cataract surgery as well as carefully explaining the results. Sally was vey helpful when choosing new lenses and frames and spent a considerable amount of time in ensuring they fitted well. Thank you - excellent customer service.
